What I would like to add today is a fantastic after sales service! I had an issue with delivery of 6 lights of which 5 stopped working way too soon. I contacted Peeq and got immediate reply! After some technical clarifications Peeq got in touch with the manufacturer and was able to replace the items quickly!

Exceptionally good website
Exceptionally good website with detailed descriptions. We had quite a large order for a 48V track system and found all the material we needed. Delivery to Switzerland worked out well. Supper quality of the products and good installation instructions. We are extremely satisfied.

Peeq brilliant, DPD not so much
Amazing shopping experience. I made a mistake selecting two concealed night lamps. Next day I contacted the costumer service and they could change my order no problem and even offered to refund me immediately if I did not find a substitutive pair of lamps on their website. The lamps are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The only thing they could improve is their choice of courier. DPD did not give me the option of changing the delivery time and left the parcel at the door when there was nobody home so I had to immediately leave work so the parcel would not get stolen.
