after delivery

after delivery, no one responds to mails,watsapps, phone is switched off. and for return time period is only 24 hrs. How can u do it when no one responds. The quality of product in display and actual is very different

Received really bad quality phone cover…

Received really bad quality phone cover which does not match pictures at all. They first denied refund and kept insisting on replacement only. They have stopped responding after I asked for refund only. They are not reachable on call, whatsapp or via email. Company is nothing but a fraud.

I ordered phone case on 9th December…

I ordered phone case on 9th December and still have not recieved it. When i check the tracking, it just shows Order ready and the date keeps on moving ahead. Sent 3 emails no reply from them. Horrible service, will never purchase anything or ever recommend this brand to anyone.

Pathetic company. Ordered for iPhone pro case now but iPhone pro max cover received. Mailed for return but no response no one picking up at the customer care. No response on mail either.

Item not shipped for more than 10 days

Most useless site. I have ordered a phone case 10 days back and so far item has not even been shipped. when i try to track the order it gets postponed by 1-2 days. Pathetic and useless experience. I don’t have option to give 0 star here

I want a revert n my money back

I received the wrong product, returned it successfully, and you have already received the item. Despite multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and repeated calls, there has been no response, no refund, and no exchange from your side.

This lack of communication is unacceptable. If my refund is not processed within 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter by filing a formal consumer complaint and posting this experience publicly across platforms.

Kindly treat this as urgent and confirm the refund status immediately.

Product not delivered even after 1 week of expected delivery date

Ordered a back cover for my iPhone 17 Pro Max on 3rd Dec 2025, order ID was PE-425582. Expected date of delivery was 7th Dec. Did not receive the cover. Called Customer Support on 8th, the person said that just wait for 24 hrs. Again did not receive the cover. Called customer support on 10th, was asked to wait for 3 more days this time. Today is 14th and I've still not received the back cover. Avoid Peeperly. (If you want you can yourself check the delivery status using AWB no. ZOPO0000020821 at the 'Track order' link of Zopoxo website, it still shows 'Expected' delivery date as 7th Dec and product still in transit)
