I placed an order on Friday 19th of June for 7 items, the order was split into 2 parcels. Packs of beer and bottles of alcohol, all heavy items.
I received one parcel the next day Saturday 20th containing 3 items, I enquired about the other parcel. I was advised it was dispatched at the same time. Clearly not! The parcel finally arrived on Tuesday 23rd and it was missing 1 item, a bottle of gin.
I contacted Peeko again to be advised, sorry we missed you're item. We will give you a voucher to cover the cost, I told them I want the gin not a voucher. Then I was given a choice between a voucher or refund for the item. Again, I asked them to send the item that I paid for. This was they're mistake, the fault lies with them.
Looking at the courier service they use, Royal Mail 24. It appears the maximum weight for a parcel is 20kg, my parcels where both 20kg.
I believe Peeko intentionally left out my bottle of gin as it would make the parcel over it's weight limit. Then offering a voucher so I spend more money on their site. I wonder how many people this happens to? It's absolutely outrageous.
Since Saturday I've exchanged several emails with them, I also attempted contacting them through chat. Was advised it was a 15 minute response time, 1 hour later still no response. I gave up!
I emailed yesterday, 23rd. I asked again for my item, If the advisor couldn't arrange it could a manager contact me. So far I've had no response. I also called today 24th and left a voice message with my details for a callback.
I originally used Discount Dragon and found a lot of issues with delivery and poor customer service. I stopped using them last year. I started ordering from them a few weeks ago. More the fool me!!!
Peeko (Discount Dragon) You can change you're name but not your unscrupulous ways!

Fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Although I rate the service 5 star, I do have to express the opinion that using Royal Mail is a shame because their delivery service is unreliable.
