Worst experience ever

This website has the most horrible support experience imaginable.

Whenever you have a problem (and you will have problems) and you want to contact the support, get ready to have the most miserable experience known to man. You will write a ticket, and most of the time, nobody will even respond to you. But if you are lucky and someone does respond to you, telling you to do something or describe your problem, get read to either be ignored, or have 2 hours between each reply. It's like they respond to you, then run away and do anything else. This is infuriating, miserable and an utter waste of time. You will sit there and wait, wasting your entire morning. Hours of your life, gone.

pivx performance

i have used the platform primarly for hosting my pivx nodes, based on my nodes uptime i have to say they're doing an awesome job

Bad platform. DON'T GO THERE !

Bad platform.
Always, ALWAYS a problem with masternodes going banned cause of their bad management and lack of answer by "mike" (There is only ONE team member ? this "MIKE" ?? )
Don't go there or you will lose more (subscription + node banning time + time you lose to write and wait an hypotetic answer .... ) than you will earn...
I used it for month, but now, BYE and I should never see this again one day !

It's been a disaster

This platform used to be quite reliable, but since this year it's a complete disaster, and now I'm just going to use the credit I have to the end and them move my masternodes to another platform.

Very bad, avoid!

it is cheaper than others, but you will lose a lot of time and rewards. At one particular time I had 4 mn down in 3 days, and i asked them why they are so unreliable, they just blocked me on support. After a while I managed to get the chat back and in one week 10 mn just go down, so called maintenance ... or happens... their response, they can't provide 100% uptime, Ok i can understand you ca't do it 100% but at that moment from 18mn, 10 went missng and one it was necesarly to be reinstalled for 4 times... just bad , very bad

Great Product - Dishonourable Conduct. What a Shame

I did happy business with Pecunia Platform for a couple of years. Good product, well priced, usually reliable, and with responsive support when needed.

So why the 1 star?
Well like a headbutt for a goodbye, when you think a hug would be logical, Pecunia's endgame was a disreputable and dishonourable hot mess.

They will insist, I'm sure, this issue concerns a refund, but that's patently inaccurate - as it connotes a return of already spent funds due to some issue.

Nope, this case was about having a credit balance (unused, unallocated customer money) when I calmly, happily finished my dealings with them.

A very much distilled account - Pushback and obstinance from the get-go when reaching out for a procedure to have the credit balance 'credited' to me. ... and thinking back that was almost a month ago, yes really!
Both on their Discord Channel and on their site with the in-house support chat feature.
It all got a bit tense - and not on my side, (the customer side that typically gets a bit wound up). No, their support person resorted to blurting out a reply of anger and opinion would ya believe?! Perhaps what can happen when an otherwise reasonable person is forced to defend a dishonourable policy?
So a sweet product with a rancid, sour centre. I'll be avoiding them and suggesting others do likewise.
