PebbleHost has been awesome so far. Setup was simple, performance is smooth, and everything runs exactly how I need it to. Honestly, the hardest part hasn’t been the server, it’s been trying to keep my friends actively playing. Great hosting overall!

I was struggling to add addons and resource packs to my bedrock server but Joe from Pebblehost saved the day!!! He was incredibly patient with my process and helped everything get fixed. The only complaint I would have is not with the representative, but rather that some of their guides are a little outdated as of my review and can be confusing.... OTHERWISE THANK YOU JOE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly I wasn't too trusting in pebblehost, especially the customer support based on what ive read online and reviews on youtube. Despite what I've seen though, I loved the customer support and what I was looking for was fulfilled completely. Also a big thanks to the goat Russ for helping me throughout the whole process even passed midnight lol.

Laggy server and when I complained ADAM was very rude. Then after that my server stopped working all together I think ADAM was behind it. When I tried to access the help again they ignored me for 30 mins then DAN said you do not have access to the help chat any more Some of the worst Customer Service ever avoid them!

Really good host, I've ran servers since 1.2.6 alpha version and this host, I have zero issues with. Affordable, lag free, my server is able to handle at peak times 10
+ players with appox. 20 plugins and 4GB ram. The support team is very responsive; my issues would be resolved within a few minutes of contacting the live support (I rarely have to use their support, but its good to know that they're available and responsive!) My recent assistance was from Tom, he helped me out with a simple votifier config (port issue? fixed promptly.)

Best out of all the server providers I've used
I've used gravelhost, shockbyte, bisect and robotic node and none of them can compare to pebble host. All the other providers struggled with crashes and unplayable lag while I can play a $20 pebblehost server with atm10 and 6 people on AND loaded chunks with genuinely little to no lag. Amazing server provider 10/10 would reccomend

Offered Hytale hosting. Never worked. No way to cancel membership on website - illegally in the US. Never would use again. Waste of money and time.

Hytale servers are not working. some of my friends were unable to join and support was useless. we paid for a 4GB plan, don't do that as its not even enough for 0 players. We then upgraded to 12 as per support's recommendation. still bad. do not order!!

Tom Chetwynd was incredibly fast to take action and forward our ticket to the appropriate teams, and alleviate all issues in a timely manner!
