Terrible Terrible Terrible. I tried to cancel my order within one hour and they did not do it. They finally sent me an email asking why. Their policy is that if cancelled within 24 hours no re-stocking fee. I finally had to call credit card company to dispute the charge. They claim now that they have issued a refund but they have not. This company is a scam.

This company's emails originate from Malta, and my antivirus software always directs it to the Spam box.

I can't get anyone from Pearlcosy to answer my questions about where they are located, business licenses,,and so on.

Needless to say I dropped and blocked them!

Notified Compnay via email and requested return shipping label and full refund. Three weeks later still going back and forth on email for a full refund to no avail i went online and i found their support info which is THIS COMPANY FINALLY DEPOSITED MY MONEY INTO MY NANK they do not stand behind the products they sell, and products not even second quality merchandise Nothing like the picture!!! This company is a scam. I purchased 5 pairs of shoes online from their website as the pictures looked great. They all arrived in a reasonable time but every pair is too small and not equivalent to the size charts. After emailing them numerous times over many weeks, they finally agreed to refund my money of I agreed to return the shoes to an address in China that they emailed to me. I paid for the shipping and provided them with the tracking number however 6 weeks later, the shoes arrived back at my address as unclaimed. Not only did I pay for shoes that don't fit, I also paid again for shipping and still didn't receive a refund. Now, they just won't answer any emails I send to them. This company is terrible and has not ethics. Their website should be taken down from all platforms !

Received the correct size shirts I ordered very comfortable and good looking quality. Tracking the items was a plus. My correspondence with the company did make a different in receiving products in a timely manner.

They took my money and sent me the wrong items .,, I set up a return and was told it went to the wrong location!!!Bottom line this is company is a rip off, buyer beware!!!

This is a very disreputable company! The products we received were miss sized and very inferior quality. When we tried to return them, we were told to give them away and they would give us a 30% refund. Are you kidding me!!! These people are crooks! Do not trust this company— it’s a scam!

I ordered 2 items. One was fine. The other item was something I'd never seen before, didn't order, didn't want and wouldn't be caught dead wearing. I wrote a polite request for the original item to be sent to me. I wrote again. And again. And you get the idea.
No response. Ever. My advice: Caveat Emptor. I wish I had checked the reviews first.

Horrible horrible company have contacted them numerous times. I ordered a doll that had real hair its mouth was open and you could pose it and it came with the baby bottle. I got a doll that looks like they bought it at Walmart and shipped it to me no hair no open mouth and no bottle.
They also don't get back to you.

Horrible it’s a scam they never get back to you I ordered 3 items and they look nothing like the models modeling them!! HORRIBLE QUALITY & HORRIBLE SIZING!! Basically just lost $110. Not sure their large would fit my 8 year old grandson!!! Not sure what can be done to stop the SCAM!!

Terrible scamming company!!! Did receive shoes, but all four very small!!! Can not wear. In order to return, one must pay shipping to China and receive 30% back!!! When I said 30% refund plus pay shipping to China equal 0% refund, they offered me 50% refund, but I still pay the shipping. It appears they have more companies, such as Pearlzone, pearlfeet, as websites look similar. They do a beautiful job on their websites to really scam people.
Also, a family member ordered a men’s jacket, and received a women’s, which was way too small. Nothing like the picture!!! Another dishonest sale!Do not purchase from this company!!!

Terrible company. My packages were in Hong Cong for 7 days. Then in New York for 7 days Now in Georgia for 3 days. I’m in PA. Don’t believe they will ever arrive. They took my money. Doubt I will ever see shoes.

This company does not even deserve a 1 star. I ordered shirts that were advertised as linen. I was sent polyester shirts of the worse workmanship and quality. Buttons were even missing. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. My order took about 14 weeks before it was delivered. This is the worst example of deception I have ever experienced. It's appalling. Do not buy from this company!!!

I ordered a pair of gym shoes from this unethical company in October. The package was never placed on the truck for delivery according to the supervisor at my local post office station. I emailed Pearlcosy numerous times to which it responded with more excuses like "check with your neighbor" or your carrier. It provided a tracking number that provided incorrect information. The package ended up being returned to Pearlcosy. I have never been able to get a refund from these lousy liars. They are a bunch of liars. Never again will I order anything from a retailer based in in China.

I have been waiting now for over 2 months to receive the 3 pairs we ordered. They haven’t turned up and good luck getting your money refunded because that doesn’t arrive either!!!

Fraudulent - you'll get something sent but you'd rather not deal with these guys. Products are poor quality (plus wrong size in my case), two months late for me, customer service is sporadic, weeks delayed, stalling and playing time. Don't you ever believe you'll get a reimbursement and any actionable response. The only thing they are good at is looking legit - the whole business is designed to be a ripoff and by the time you'll know their capable social media marketing has already captured the next few customers. Appalling.

This company is a fraud. Ordered shoes and other items that took long time to receive. All the items sent were wrong size and wrong items. When I asked for exchange they gave me the runaround. First offered 20% refund which I refused, I insisted on correct products, so they offered 30%. They refused to exchange n send correct products. Finally after back n forth had to settle for 60% refund and I keep wrong, cheap imitations of pictures on website. As of today they on refunded 40% and no reply to further correspondence

Ordered shoes in my size based on the sites size chart for men's US sizes. Shoes were described as made from canvas. Shoes arrive 6 weeks later and were at least 2 sizes too small despite size chart representation. I have no idea what they are made from but it's wasn't canvas. Notified Pearlcosy via email and requested return shipping label and full refund. Three weeks later still going back and forth on email for a full refund to no avail. They don't want the shoes back it appears. Total rip off. Disputing charge with credit card company.

Do not buy from this company. Styles are cute but the quality is so poor and the sizes are too small. 2 shirts and 1 pair of shoes ordered. You can see through the material used to make the shirts. Paper thin. The shoes are small and made with very poor quality material. Tops of shoes have no structure and lay flat on the soles. Shoes are very floppy. Order took a month to arrive from China. Save your money.

I order two pairs of shoes from this company, both size 11 US. The first pair arrived and were snug. The second pair arrived a couple of week later and were very small, probably size 9.
When I contacted them about this problem they offered a discount to keep them and said I would need to pay the freight to return. Upon explaining that they sent the wrong product and a discount would not make them fit, they refused to help.
Beware of buying from this company and know that shoes are smaller than the sizes listed if you do order.
