We did book the service (and paid), received a booking confirmation and after that they didn't show up at the gate. Do not respond and are unreachable. So don't book for arrival/departure for Perth!!

After reading the reviews for Sharm El Sheikh Airport I became very worried, as we were travelling with a 3-year-old and a 9-year-old and do not travel often. I booked the Meet & Assist fast-track departure service through Pearl Assist, and I cannot praise the team highly enough.

We were travelling as a family with young children, and unfortunately our toddler became very unwell and overwhelmed in the airport environment. The representatives from Pearl Assist who met us, Ehab and Mohamad Abdelshafy, were incredibly kind, calm, and professional throughout. They reassured us immediately and took control of everything.

They met us at the terminal entrance, took care of our luggage, passports, and boarding passes, checked us in, and personally escorted us through all four security and passport control stages. We bypassed the queues entirely and were taken directly to the gate.

Their compassion, professionalism, and efficiency made what could have been an extremely stressful and difficult airport experience fast, easy, and manageable.

The staff were wearing Pearl Assist uniforms and provided a truly first-class service. I would highly recommend Pearl Assist to anyone travelling through Sharm El Sheikh Airport, especially families with young children.

Was a bit nervous going through Hurghada airport after reading about long queues and chaos. Booked Pearl Meet and Assist and honestly best £27 i ever spent, Mari who helped me was so lovely and friendly and we jumped literally every queue lol. I felt a bit bad for the people we were cutting in front of but didn’t have long to feel bad as after less than 20 minutes I was through to the gate area!!! Never experienced anything like it, incredible. Would recommend!

Defo make sure you book directly on the Pearl website, there’s a few scams out there that I nearly bought.

Used this service at Sharm, the experience was first class, I have read that Sharm airport on departure can be chaotic with lots of obstacles, service was professional and I have to say it took less than half an hour from being met all security checks, passport and being in the departure lounge, can highly recommend.

The service at Hurghada Airport was far below average, if not to say non-existent. The service only covered filling out the departure and arrival forms. Any fast track was not available and we had to lift our luggage ourselves on and off the belt during the check-in and the various security checks. The support staff, especially the women, were very rude. On our last two flights the included VIP lounge was closed during normal operating hours. When we complained, we were told that the service was worse because we had booked it directly through the hotel. Next time, we should book directly via Pearl. We really can’t recommend the company!

Can’t fault the service on both legs of journey. Personnel were friendly & efficient and fast tracked through all the numerous checkpoints so no queuing 🎉

Fantastic both ends , 4 x pax into and out of Sharm

Met as we got off the coach from the plane fast tracked through put us on the exec mini coach

Same for the return , jumped all the queues

I cancelled my airport assist but have been waiting almost 2 months for a refund. I can not seem to get a reply as to why it hasn't been actioned either, I guess I will wont see my money back.

Total lack of customer service. Used them at Sharm el Sheikh. After checking in with the rep at the airport entrance he walked off and didn't return. We put ourselves through the first security check before finding another rep hanging around who said he would find out what was happening. After a long wait he eventually came back with another rep who then took us through other checks with no issues, but there was no point by this time as all the other travellers we had been with on the coach to the airport had already gone through checks (not using Pearl Assist) so there were no queues anyway. We contacted Pearl Assist once home to tell them we weren't happy with the service and, without us asking for any discount, was told they would be refunding 50% of the fee. This has never materialised. I have sent several emails to the person we were dealing with and several emails to their customer service team (who could manage a follow up email when I left the ref. no. off an email, then back to silence, so they are definitely receiving my emails). I would therefore not recommend this company to anyone as they appear to be unconcerned with acting professionally, and once they've got your money couldn't care less.

Booked, but didn't show up on my arrival at Kigali airport. Took my money. Have submitted a query through the website over a week ago and still no reply.

As an aside, Kigali arrival was seamless and not sure this service needed.

Actual scam. Naples airport lounge is a total joke with no way to justify the price they charge. Terrible and old food, paper cups, not a relaxing atmosphere. By far the worst lounge I have ever been in and will never be going to a pearl lounge again. Please don't make the mistake I did.

I booked Pearl Assist in Marrakech, June 2024 but did not use it as I couldn't find it on departure. I contacted the company afterwards, requesting a refund and after asking me for all the relevant documentation relating to my booking, which I provided, they have ghosted me ever since. No matter how many times I try to contact them by email they will not respond. BEWARE!

I simply cannot get any information from these people and every link to what I need, or attempt to contact them, ends in an error message
I found one service I thought MIGHT be right but the ‘ more information’ link doesn’t work so I have no idea what it consists of

Unable to get any type of coffee as machine out of order .You'd think they'd be able to boil a kettle and give option for instant coffee at least

The information we received when we booked our Pearl Assist for the departure from Sharm El Sheikh Airport on 04/12/2024 was clear and helpful. When we needed to contact them about our departure time from the hotel, their response was quick.

When we arrived at the aiport, we were greeted by two lovely representatives from Pearl Assist. They took our passports and luggage, and guided and arranged everything for us from the entrance to the gate. We will definitely book this service again in the future.

I booked the Meet and Assist - Arrival to Casablanca for my family and it was super fantastic. Many thanks to Taha and Mohammad who made the arrival super easy and fast. They are professional and true gentlemen. Definitely recommends Pearl Assist and I am really glad that I booked their service.

I wish there was a zero star option, their staff try to extort you for money!

We booked fast track in Marrakesh airport, on the way out it went smoothly, on the return the same person met us and took us through.

He asked if we had lounge access and we said no. We were 3 hours early for our flight so the young man said he'd spoken to his supervisor and he said we could use the lounge. This was propositioned to us as free, at no stage were we told there was to be a charge for this.

Once we entered the lounge and sat down, the young man became shifty, said not to mention this to anyone and asked for our boarding passes (he suggested he had to provide these to the person on the gate to the lounge). At this point I was very worried as I didn't want to be without my boarding pass and it felt very shady so when he returned I asked for it back. He provided them to us after a wait and then demanded we pay money to leave the lounge! He told us it was usually much more, but that we could pay 200MAD each! We told him he had not explained this to us before bringing us here!

At this point we waited until he had walked away and we left the lounge.

This young man then came to find us in the airport gate area to again demand money saying his supervisor said we hadn't paid when we left. We explained again to him he never mentioned payment and that we'd be more than happy to explain to his supervisor that we were taken there under false pretences and left immediately as soon as it was obvious he had misrepresented the situation and we'd been tricked.

The young man then tried to insist that we travel with them all the time and tried to suggest this was a standard thing I should have known about, to which I replied that I did not, it was my first time in Marrakesh and my first and LAST time using Pearl Assist. He then flounced off. I spent the rest of the evening waiting for our flight extremely stressed out thinking we may have police coming next!

This is an absolute disgrace and their staff should be ashamed of themselves! This is clearly a scam they run on unsuspecting people and I will never return to Morocco after this experience.

Scam website. Before booking anything, just try to find any contact details. There are none and even the contact form is not working (error).

We try to get a refund, but there is no possibilities to get in contact (they email from no reply when booking).

Dont do business with this (sub)organisation.

PLEASE NOTE YOU NEED TO BOOK 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE After horror stories of 4 hours+ to get through Marrakesh airport we used Pearl Assist for our return flight and it was amazing - whizzed past all the snaking queues accompanied by Doua who was very professional - we were through security, customs etc and at the gate in less than 20 minutes. Worth every penny!

Seamless, friendly and professional from start to finish! We were met with a smiling, welcoming face as soon as we stepped inside the airport. We will be using this service every time thank you again.
