The slim carry 2 was great and the order made it on time for our travel! The material was water repellent though during heavier downpour, rain water still went in thru the zipper at the back of the bag. I hope the next slim carry might include a small folded strip to cover the back zipper for full water protection 😀.

I travel regularly throughout South East Asia/Australia, normally using a small backpack for my essentials, Passport, phone, wallet and Kindle. Easy to carry but annoying to access. Great communication and fast delivery to Spain, quicker than expected. The bags are great quality and carry loads! The free metal card holder is not so functional, so I probably won’t use them though.

No returns or exchanges
While I understand that items online are not what they are once you receive them, I was very disappointed with the company’s “no return” policy. I ordered a bag online, but it was not the color I was expecting from their photos. When I reached out to their customer service asking if I could exchange it for a different color, they advised the company does not have a return or exchange policy. Extremely disappointed.
