My MENTAL COACHING EXPERIENCE
My experience of mental coaching with Stefano Palumbo has been a quite long journey during which he guided me in approaching life in a more satisfying way. A person who feels the need to start such a path is someone who realizes that they can have more chances to believe in themselves, enrich and empower their potentials.
As far as I am concerned, I wanted to understand how I could enjoy my days and how I could reinforce every aspect of me. In particular, I wished to strengthen my self-confidence and be able to handle my emotions better.
Stefano made me analyse myself: my good qualities, my talents, my achievements. It is not so obvious that we are conscious of our accomplishments and we regard ourselves completely meritorious of them.
I could talk of all my fears, uncertainties, my failures and how they affected my low self-esteem. Yet, dealing with them together, examining them from some other points of view, I could appreciate my capacity to overcome those moments and stand up again after falling down.
There would be so many other guidelines he gave me to underscore and highlight. I just want to sum it all up saying that he gave me courage, trust, strategies for a better style of life, he taught me how to find and improve my creativity, to enjoy the little things of everyday that can make us happier without even knowing.
In conclusion, I would like to thank him for each tip, each effort and each time he steered my life and forma mentis in the right direction.
Being aware of your power, both mental and physical power, means enhancing the way you live your life!
