Tyler‘s knowledge and understanding of the content that he is teaching is unparallel. I’ve been to a few group seminars on different subjects but I would have to say he is the best presenter that I’ve came across in a setting like this. He understands what he’s talking about. He has a passion for what he’s talking about and he makes it fun!!

This experience has awakened the ambition and drive inside of me that I thought I had lost a longtime ago. The energy and authenticity of the team definitely gets the gold standard approval 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

Tyler is an energetic, knowledgeable speaker on motivation and all aspects of multifamily real estate investing. There is no fluff, but it is still fun and engaging. The rest of the team is sincere and competent and backs him up perfectly. They are the real deal.

Unlike other seminars I've gone to i felt the value exceeded the cost. All the presenters and strategists were genuinely good people and approachable.

As a person just getting into the world of real estate, the information, given at the second encounter of the Multifamily Mindset, was an eye opener to how complex, but attainable goals are in the Market. The information to a new person is a great value, and at a competitive rate for attending a seminar. Discussing both good and bad experience, that shed light on why they operate as a team, helping every member of the team succeed.

The training was very informative, Jim did a great job making the subject matter very interesting even though it was a lot to to presented in such a short time. The entire team was super responsive to any queries. They were courteous and professional.

A outstanding 1st starter program

I truly believe the training was very informative and leaves you with a lot to think about. It was just not for me at this time. Nor would I try to take what I learned and go at multi family Alone. The trainer Jim definitely knew his stuff and the other strategist in the room were very helpful and genuine. I do wish you were given a heads up as to the additional cost once you’re funneled from the free training to the paid training but I get it as once you made it there the cost was not hidden until like the Last day. It was also awesome to meet some really great people at the event, in the same mind frame and who I plan to keep in contact with.Lastly I did not appreciate the high pressure sales push on the last day (I get it trying to get people past their fears) but sometimes it just may not be for someone At the time they first see the opportunity.

My experience has been great so far and day three tomorrow.. I’ve enjoyed the Case Studies, the knowledge from the instructors, and their personal experiences with success was exciting and fulfilling .. The other students brought great enthusiasm for the MF family into the seminar .. thank you everyone ..

Those case studies burned my mind a bit but where so valuable and make you realize the power of working with a team!

Great 3 day workshop! Jim Anderson did a great job going over the details of the multifamily industry. It was very informative and very helpful.

I think MFM should give everyone a heads up regarding the costs of the mentorship program before the 3 day workshop takes place. I know some of the attendees I was sitting next to would have liked to join the mentorship program, but did not have the money to pay the asking price upfront. I understand the value of this mentorship program, but a heads up before the workshop would be nice. This would allow them more time to figure out how they would come up with the funds to pay for the program.
