worst experience ever
worst experience ever. i removed them from my revenue account and applied for my tax return by myself. then revenue texted me the amount i would receive back, and after 1 week i started receiving calls EVERY MORNING from this company to pay them almost 50% of my tax return because they claimed that they ‘’did the work for me’’, even tho they for sure are just insanely greedy. i used my tax return to pay my college and for ‘’legal reasons’’ i had to pay them this money or otherwise they would sue me or whatever. i even called revenue and the guy that answered my call said that i shouldn’t be paying for that, but because i dont want any problems with this scamming company i paid, but guy’s dont hire any company to do your tax return for you, they take almost 50% of your money from you, you work the whole year for at the end having to give this to a company that probably just clicked some buttons for 5 mins and took almost all of your money. do it yourself and its very easy.

Please note that we do not have an instruction for us to cancel your claims. We would need to know directly from you to be able to cancel any claims, however we are unable to see any instruction to cancel from you.
We do however note that you removed access the day after we submitted the claims and did the work. We will follow this up in an email separately.
You agreed to our charges prior to signing up to our service online. For clarification purposes, we would like to point out that our fees are mentioned clearly in the declaration you read before signing up to our company and in the terms and conditions which are available both before and after you have signed.
Please note you signed up with us to carry out your tax claims in the year 2024 and we have previously carried out successful claims for you. We charged our fee of 36% for these claims and you were happy with this.
We do not charge a fee as high as 50%. After you received your refund from the Revenue, we invoiced you for our service fee of 36% for the claims we submitted on your behalf.
In any event, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We take feedback very seriously and if you are still unhappy after our attempt to resolve the matter, we kindly ask you to contact our customer support team on the details you have, or alternatively, please provide a convenient time for us to get in touch with you between Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
We will in any event follow this up separately.

DON'T let them solve TAX for you!
Got a call from them, tax related, I already did it on my own and thought they calling from Revenue because something was not filled in completely. Once I got email from Revenue that my TAX claim will be issued, I got email from them that I owe them 600euro for the service. I am not sure what happened but I will contact the Revenue and them tomorrow to see what happened until then, I am not paying anything to this people. Avoid!

Just received an unsolicited message from them pertaining that I received a rebate and owe them 170 euros flat rate charge click link to pay, i never asked them to do any work for me I never gave them any details I never received any rebate, its a scam.

Cheaper and easier to do you own return
I saw an instagram ad in July 2024 so I filled it out to see if I was due a return since I didn't know about renters credit. I received a letter in the post saying Peak accounting solutions are now my tax agent which was fine as I had given them permission, but i received a follow up letter stating that their access to my account had been removed so I forgot about them.
Fast forward to January and my friend shows me how quick and easy it is to fill out my text return on revenue.ie. When I do it I discover that I am due 940 euros. A month goes by and I don't receive it so I call revenue and I find out that it has been sent to Peak Accouting Solutions who had never notified me. When I call them I find out that they are taking a 36% fee which feels extortionate, so I only receive 600 euros. I accept since it was probably in some terms of services that I never read and it's my fault but the instagram ad feels very misleading. I email them informing them that I have removed them from revenue as my agent and I would like them to delete my data and not act on my behalf ever again. I also leave a one star review here.
I then receive a call pressuring me to delete my one star review, and stating that as a gesture of goodwill they will reduce their fees to 20% as long as i deleted my review. They promised to delete my data once they issued the refund which I would get in 2 days (I had gotten the 600 euros within 2 days of me calling them the first time) I did so and I received another email asking me to enable them as my tax agent again so I can get my money.
Please be wary of this company and do your own tax return so you can keep all your money.

When you first contacted us, you were not happy with the fee that we charge, despite the fact you agreed to our charges prior to signing up to our service online. For clarification purposes, we would like to point out that our fees are mentioned clearly in the declaration you read before signing up to our company and also in the terms and conditions which are available both before and after you have signed.
After a conversation on the phone, we reduced our fee as a gesture of good will to ensure customer satisfaction. We informed you that you would receive the difference by close of business on Friday 21st February and we can confirm a payment was made to you as promised.
We did not pressure you into removing your previous review. We offered a discount in our fees as a gesture of goodwill. You subsequently removed your review as we proactively dealt with all points raised in all of your communication.
Furthermore, we previously lost access to your Revenue account however you re-signed a new authorisation form at the end of December and gave instructions again to proceed. Again prior to signing and submitting your authorisation, our fees are clearly shown. Therefore, it would have been clear as to the service we offer and any fee arrangement we have with all clients.
We could not delete your data until after we had made the payment to you. We have now cancelled your account and only kept the relevant information for compliance and auditing purposes should Revenue ever request this.
We're sorry once again for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please do not approach this company. I was foolish enough to click on one of their ads: 'Tax Return Claim' on social media platform and filled part of my information. However, the application required me to upload my ID proof which I felt is tedious so I left it incomplete.
Peak Accounting still went ahead and used this part of my details to act as my agent to claim my tax return without my knowledge. I only found out about the whereabouts of my claim when I contacted Revenue.
I was having back and forth email conversations with Peak Tax about breaching my personal data and using my data unlawfully without consent to claim my money. They forge email attachments saying that I agreed to let them act as my agent. But funny enough, the email attachments' date were 1st Jan 1970, how ridiculous! I continue to fought with them till they finally returned all my money.
Please beware of this company and do the tax return with the help of Revenue. Lesson learned: Not to trust the company stating that they will help you to claim tax return, you will be charged for a 36% of ''service fee''. I have reported this matter to the Data Protection Commission, Revenue and Garda. It will be an ongoing investigation. Good Luck!

We understand you are not happy with the service however you have been provided all the relevant information for your case which shows you did sign up to the service and gave details to submit your tax rebate claims. In any event and in light of any confusion, you were offered a full refund to alleviate any concerns you may have had.
Providing ID is not something required and this is only asked after you have signed and submitted your application. Therefore, it is not an issue that you did not submit your ID during the application process this can be verified in other ways. The issue in relation to the date not showing correctly on your side was clarified in an email and you have been provided with ample documentation in relation to how you signed up.

I got scammed do not use this agent. They claimed before I joined that it was 8% they took from your tax but found out after they took my tax money that it was 36%. They didn’t even do my tax for me either, I had to do it myself but they still took 36% of my tax money anyway. Stay clear.
