I took a long time searching for a new/refurb laptop. My research paid off because I was delighted with my Dell computer. That was two months ago and I am happy. The delivery and packaging were done with great care. The staff I talked were Just nicely honest with no hard selling.

Laptop developed a fault only a few…
Laptop developed a fault only a few days after arrival. User is a student who can’t be without the unit during a warranty return so we have had to pay an additional local repair fee.
