I live in an apartment building and I wasn't at home, so delivery person just left my packages at the front door, on a street... Of course the were stolen.

I ordered a product in September that shipped in October. PDN Express received it on November 4th and last updated the tracking on November 17 ("departed facility"), and since then there has been no movement or communication. My parcel has been stuck for nearly two weeks with no updates. This level of delay and lack of transparency is very concerning. They don't answer phone calls or emails either.

They attempted to deliver my parcel to the wrong address and even took a photo of a random door that was not my address. They said the reason they couldn’t deliver was due to my building’s holiday closure (my flat doesn’t close for holidays). They ignored all my emails and still have my package.

I completely agree with all the negative feedback (BBB rating is F - Failure to respond to 58 complaints filed against business). PDN Express has had my package stuck in Montreal for a month.Same old story. No response to my emails and impossible to reach by phone. No address on their website. Could the authorities please stop this company from continuing its operations? They're laughing at us...

These crooks claim my parcel was delivered and provide a picture of the parcel as proof. The picture does not show anything else that is recognisable to show the location (outside of building or else). This is not proof!

They do not respond to e-mail, they don’t answer their phone, don’t respond to voicemail. Their office number is not listed!!! What business does not list a phone number…unless they are crooks hiding!!

I paid good money for my product which they either stole or incorrectly delivered…and they don’t care!

Worst carrier in history. If they ever bother to respond to you, they lie. My package is long lost or stolen. Tracking says it left Toronto (a couple of hours away) Nov 7th, and then it left Toronto again on Nov 17th. Then there is a message that customer confirmed address, which they always had and never contacted me about it. Parcel should have been delivered 3 weeks ago, and is nowhere to be found

PDN as delivery service sucks. They literally chucked my package in front of my door on the street and left it there. When contacted, they mention they didn’t get ‘delivery instructions’ and then always leave the package in a ‘relatively safe place’; In my case, fully in an open street on the pavement in Rotterdam.

I’m surprised delivery instructions needs to be given to understand that buyers expect the service to deliver the package TO THEM. Not their vicinity. The reply I got was to check the safety cameras.
For me to access those I need to go to the police to report something stolen. WHYYY?????

Tip: if possible, mention don’t use PDN, or mention you expect the delivery service to deliver the package to you.

They don't deliver packages. After they even send you visual proof of leaving the packages on the sidewalk for everyone to take.

Package was placed outside and therefore is lost! Don’t trust them at all. No customer service

Tracking just stopped after it left local facilities and that was about 10 days ago. Customer service is inexistant, the phone number written on their website is a fake one and they don't seem to answer emails.

They are basically ghosts. They’ve been holding my package hostage for more than 20 days and it’s impossible to know anything about it. Their phone numbers don’t work, no one answers or the line drops, I’ve lost count of how many calls I’ve made for nothing. The emails is a fake because they don’t reply, I don’t even know how many follow-ups I’ve sent at this point. They have my package hostage and I’m desperate. The sender can’t do anything because they also have no way to contact them. I hope that whoever stole my package (at this point there’s no other explanation) ends up spending all their money on medicine that won’t even help them get better. They deserve the worst.

Package arrived in Canada from China in 7 days . At this point PDN has had the Package for almost a month with a couple of updates. Those provided said the package was out for delivery - twice sent this. They don't respond to any emails or phone calls. Even tried their Linkedln email. From all the other reviews it makes you wonder if this is a real company? Would highly recommend to never use this company. No updates/address/emails.

Terrible. They left my package out on the doorstep. Of course, it was stolen....

Update from 11 December - they still keep the package this time in Montreal. Don't respond obviously. How are they in business?

Update 17 January - still not delivered! Since November!

After reading tons of negative reviews I was very skeptical to discover they would be handling delivery of my AYN Thor. Reports of packages being held hostage, fake delivery attempts and even theft all had me very worried but to my surprise, PDN actually did a phenomenal job! I got a notification the night before delivery that it was out for delivery and it arrived around 11AM the following morning no tampering of the package no damage nothing overall very pleased with this experience of course I can't speak for any future experiences with this company but for my first time I have 0 complaints

Package arrived in Canada from China in 7 days . At this point PDN has had the Package for 21 days with no real updates. They don't respond to emails. I've emailed them numerous times with no response. I've reached out to Anycubic about my parts. Hopefully they will re send the parts and use a different delivery company.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a scam company.And if you have a bigger package coming from somewhere rest assured , they will make up a lie and not deliver it. There is no phone number for this company, so there's no one you can get in touch with about your package. I would highly.
Suggest if you need a logistics company not to use this one you will have a lot of pissed off customers and you will lose a lot of money.

The package was photographed at the wrong address: the door had a different address on it than the one given. I replied to the email that confirmed the delivery immediately after receiving it, stating that it was the wrong address. I did not receive a response, so I sent an email and have been waiting for 4 days for a response.
The merchant said that I can not get a refund from them untill this lot register the package as undelivered.

Terrible, odred 2 items from the same company that uses PDN, they claimed the first item was delivered and posted a picture but the item was not there and the second item was never delivered, it was suppose to be delivered 2 weeks after the first one but they claimed my address was wrong.

Cannot contact customer support. No email response. Package out for delivery since 3 days!!!!!!
