Have you seen this before? Want to use a "free" online utility, but the tools are grayed out until you sign up or agree to a free trial? I prefer that to letting me spend an hour editing a PDF and then telling me I need to subscript to download or print it like PDFFILLER.COM does. And, to make it worse, I signed up, downloaded the document, then cancelled the 30-day free trial (just like they said I could) but before the page even refreshed, I was notified by my bank that I had been charged by PDFFILLER.com. OK, it was $2, but WTF? I am OK with the seven-cent verification charge, or some other random amount of pennies, but $2. Their support says this is standard practice and they reverse it within 72 HOURS. And then my bank will take between 5 and 7 days to post it to the account. What a bunch of a-holes.

We cannot actually regulate the volume of the verification/test transaction. It is assigned by a payment processor, and in some places it is indeed less than one dollar, while in other cases it will be between 2 and 3 dollars.
This amount, in most cases, is back on the account within the first 24 hours. We do not reverse it manually, this is done automatically, so your bank won't post it separately, actually.

I like the options and its relatively easy to use. The only thing missing (unless it's there and I didn't see it) is the option to repeat information (member ID #) when filling out the form. Otherwise, I'm a happy camper!
