Difficult to unsubscribe from emails or delete account.
Company sends emails that do not contain an "unsubscribe" option. You have to log in to find the option amongst the settings. Company's website does not provide any option to delete account. I have emailed them requesting help with this and will update my review if customer support is prompt and effective. Even the "help" contact form on the website does not work - will not accept submissions, demands a phone number and keeps saying I haven't filled something out correctly even when I add one.
