For the 3rd time I have had to return one of my kids IPad to have the screen changed. Every time I am surprised with the service that really goes beyond any expectations. 1st time I had to change the iPad screen I approach several electronic repair shops to get their prices, quality and time. After several days of research I chose pc update Amagerbrogade, because they offered the best prices and fastest delivery, not to mention the most Friendly.
For the first two repairs everything went smooth. But kids being kids naturally the screen got messed up again so had to go back. This time before a weekend trip, they managed to replace the screen but since the iPad had been dropped so many time and the screen changed for the 2nd time. The home button was damaged and they promised to change it after the trip. But during the trip the IPad wouldn’t charge. So went back Monday they made a diagnosis of the iPad and concluded something might have went wrong during the screen change. And before I could open my mouth to complain, I was told they were will provide my kid with a replacement IPad. I was expecting a 2nd hand IPad. Came the next day to pick it up. They had a brand new iPad 9th gen 64gb ready while my kids was 8th gen 120gb. Naturally I went into whine mode, as my kid need more space. Without any complaining they explained why they couldn’t get a bigger model as it would have taken a couple of days and they didn’t want my kid to go more days without an ipad. They ordered a new 9th gen 256 ipad for straight away and they offered to deliver it to my home address as soon as it was in. Received it the following day and they were very apologetic about everything. While I was overwhelmed with the service and kindness. Can only recommend their service should anyone find themselves in the unlucky position to need an electronic device fixed.
