I have been for so metime a customer…

I have been for so metime a customer pctech for updating and any problems with my technical items. I am 75yo and have always been treated very well and never as a stupid oldie that has no idea. This has been a great backup for me to ensure I stay in touch with family during the pandemic. Thankyou

FOR PAST 20 YEARS HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY…

FOR PAST 20 YEARS HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED BUT IN LAST 6 MONTHS THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE.
SEEM TO BE MORE PUSHY. KUMAR SEEMS TO BE THE ONE ASSIGNED TO PUSH SOME PRODUCTS????
THEY HAVE DIFFICULTY EXPLAINING THEIR BILLING AND WHAT U GET FOR MONEY.

This company is fraudulent

This company is fraudulent. i received an email stating that i had placed an order for $200.00.
I've never heard of this company and surprise surprise when i called several times i was met with a torrent of profanities from the Indian caller on the other end.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Found out all a scam

Found out all a scam. Its all a lie. They take your money and run fake programs. Do not let them have access. After they did the work was contacted again by unknown making out they were Telstra saying server was breached. They again ran bogus programs and took money illegally from my bank. Found out culprits operated from India. Don't let anyone online get into your computer. Protect yourselves. Don't get scammed.
