PC used to be great but unfortunately…

PC used to be great but unfortunately they have really gone down hill in every way possible. If you have great credit and always pay off your cards on time, go elsewhere for a points card or credit card. Truly disappointed in what they have become.

The service was awful

The service was awful, never take that credit card. It was a multiple fraud transactions on the total amount of about $10 000 and investigation has taken 7 months and by today was not completed. They did not present me the list of transactions on my demand and gave my file to collection service. I am going to appeal to Ombudsman and in case that no help will bring bastards to the court.

They have gone to garbage

They have gone to garbage . You talk to a.i. agents. Press the phone buttons 50+ times to go through a litney of menu options. One of the most horrible experience. Better move on to other companies that would put in the human effort.

Misleading Practices by PC Mastercard

I was approved online for a $2,000 PC Mastercard and was expecting to receive the card as promised. However, after following up a week later, I was informed that a manual review had been conducted and my account was canceled without any prior notice.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. The process feels unprofessional, non-transparent, and misleading.

Points are wonderful but company is…

The rewards program is great, but the company itself is very disappointing. I went slightly over my limit without realizing it, and they closed my account without any notification or warning. When I called to ask about it, I was told I would need to reapply but had to wait 6 months. The representatives were unhelpful and kept transferring me instead of resolving the issue. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Very frustrating experience with PC…

Very frustrating experience with PC Financial.

My Mastercard was declined due to inactivity since 2023, which I understand. However, I was told to reapply—only to be rejected because their system still shows I already have a card.

After spending 48+ minutes with customer service, the only solution was to wait 6 months to reapply.

We then tried having my husband apply so I could be a secondary cardholder. He was also declined despite strong financials (stable income, long-term employment, excellent credit, 20+ years at the same address).

The process is completely inconsistent and customer service could not resolve what appears to be a system issue. Very disappointing.

Fraudulent offer from the PC Financial

You scammers deserve Zero Star… I got an email from PC OPTIMUM that I will receive 125k welcome points once I apply through the link for their Mastercard🤮 I applied and while applying I got an offer that I can opt in for Elite card and there would be no annula fee for the first year. Now they’re not giving me the welcome points and neither wave the fee. Never apply for their credit card🤮🤮🤮

I am disgusted with the service I have…

I am disgusted with the service I have received by PC Financial, particularly the service through PC Mastercard. I am dealing with the passing of a parent and trying to close the account to mitigate fraudulent charges. However, due to a security issue on their part, we have still not heard back from them after many emails and phone calls. Not to mention, it takes about 30 minutes to talk to a human when you call and no one emails you back. They continue to draw out this experience, making it more painful than it needs to be. This is the last thing a grieving child wants to deal with. I would advise avoiding this company like the plague if you value customer service.

PC FINANCIAL: A MASTERCLASS IN TOTAL INCOMPETENCE

If you value your time, stay as far away from PC Financial as possible. Their customer service is designed to make you give up.

The 2-Hour Wait: Every single time I call, I am stuck on hold for two hours. It is clear they are either severely understaffed or simply don't care about their customers' time.

The "Escalation" Hang-Up: The moment you finally get through and ask for a manager or the escalations department, they "accidentally" disconnect the call. Having to start that two-hour wait all over again is infuriating and feels like a scripted tactic to avoid accountability.

Useless Agents: The front-line staff have no power and no answers. They are essentially there to read a script and waste your time.

App Tickets are a Joke: Don't bother opening a support ticket in the app. They will close it without a single word of explanation or any attempt to resolve the actual issue.

This isn't a bank; it's a black hole for your patience. The "points" are a trap to keep you dealing with a company that treats its customers like a nuisance. Save your sanity and move your money to a real bank.

Banking is not terrible

Banking is not terrible, have had them for a few years but OH MY GOD, e transfers take FOREVERRRRRR. Even small amounts under $100 takes approximately 1 hour. In a pinch it's a fine bank but highly recommend going with a bigger bank.

Horrible experience trying to contact a human/long wait

Horrible experience trying to contact a human, and now I've been on hold for almost an hour. I'm about to hang up having just wasted over an hour of my time in total. Then there's the voice that comes on every couple of minutes saying my call is important to them. Just brutal.

Absolutely one of the worst companies…

Absolutely one of the worst companies to deal with. Statements are either not available, or not accurate at all. I am clicking on multiple different dates to view, and they are all coming up identical, with the same "Dec 10th" statement date.
Customer service is horrendous - waiting for 1/2 hour on phone only to be disconnected.
Brutal. I have zero trust in this entity.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. They keep advising to switch from paper to paperless and after that they never inform me online or by email the due date to pay the bills. Them they charge me with interest . When I call they put me on hold for 45 minutes then they answer . I ask why you applied charge interest they transfer me to someone else I wait another half hour and after I wait 75 minutes they keep transferring until I hang up without any help. Now they kept charging me interests 3 times. I will close this account. They are the worst financial institution ever

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Very long wait times, sitting on hold when calling for what turns out to be ineffective support. Sent upgrade offer that can only be accepted online, but of course website is down with "Access denied" error. Called for support, and told I can only accept offer online, and to keep trying every day. No advice on options when offer expires while website still down.
