PCE Instruments = BAD PRODUCTS AND BAD SERVICE
We purchased a device from PCE instruments. The device was giving abnormally high figures. We reported the problem, then they asked us to get a certificate proving their device is not working properly !!!
This without pointing out the unprofessional way in which our claim have been managed.
Now we have a direct loss of 1000 EUR and an unfunctionning device, and an unhappy end user.

However, we would like to clarify that the purchase you refer to was not made through PCE Instruments Benelux. Our office operates independently from other PCE country organizations, each of which manages its own sales, service, and support processes.
Because of this, we unfortunately do not have access to the order, communication history, or service case related to your device. To ensure your issue is properly reviewed and handled, we kindly ask that you contact the PCE Instruments office where the device was originally purchased.
