I have been using them for over a year all of a sudden one day I log in the app pay all my balances and it asks for me to link a bank account which I have 3 to unlock my spending power and charging me more before the due date. I emailed them and messaged them via app to no avail something that I relied on and referred other people for now I cannot use it

I’ve never missed a payment but all of a sudden I have NO spending limit and can’t access customer service. Very upsetting!!!

These people are crooks keeps charging my card that's not even on file with my account $38.95. I tried contacting them via email and nothing, no response whatsoever. This company is a fraudulent joke. I have deleted my account with them. By far the worst pay later company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely love paying for my purchases using the Four app! I typically order something every week! I have lots of new clothes, tools, accessories, boots etc that I would otherwise not purchase because of having to pay the full price when I make a purchase. There's just something so comforting to me that I can get several items at once and just pay 10 dollars or less sometimes out of that weeks paycheck. I'm happy to have discovered Four because I had my identity stolen years ago and it wiped my credit out. With Four I don't worry about my credit score because it's not a huge deal to them and I am very happy to pay them every couple of weeks for my purchases. Plus if you pay a day early they don't charge a service fee! It really couldn't be any easier unless of course someone gave me stuff for free or perhaps some eccentric billionaire gave me 10 million dollars! I never have any sort of issues with returns or whatever as long as I let Four know about it they refund the amount back to my account. The only way this service could be improved is with more stores or maybe lowering the cost of the Four+ program which is a bit high for a monthly subscription just to be able shop at a few more stores or sites. Honestly I haven't had any trouble finding whatever I need at the stores and sites that aren't on the Four+ program and most likely if I was paying for Four+ I would have to move to a much larger house to store all the cool stuff I would inevitably buy! If you haven't tried Four then give it a chance! I have bad credit but still purchase nice things that I wouldn't be able to afford if I had not tried Four! It's absolutely the best buy now pay later program available!

I appreciate being able to get the things I want and need without the full payment all at once. I don't have good credit (working on it). They remind me of upcoming payments days in advance. Also their fee is extremely reasonable. I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off. I don't really have a complaint at this point. I've been using the app for 3-5 months. Using it sometimes multiple times a week. I can't compare it to similar apps, I've only used this one.

I've been waiting for a refund since December. Last email I got from them was January 16th nothing since then.

Predatory hidden fees. They dont disclose their fees structure up front. They say one thing and charge more. There is early termination fee of $500+. Be very careful. Hard to contact them. Once they have access to your bank, they will just keep sucking out money. Pls report this people to BBB.

I enjoyed using this company, however, their customer service is awful. Started an email thread with them in December 2024 and have not heard back from them since the end of the December 2024. The matter is regarding a refund which I still have yet to receive. I’ve reached out to them multiple times via email, started new email chains and have not heard back. I reached out to them on instagram as they suggest and they have not replied to my direct messages and have repeatedly deleted my comments regarding their customer service not getting back to me. Additionally, they have deleted other people comments.

As of March, still have not received any follow up.

Love Four App. Pick an item or 2 from countless stores and simply pay in four! Simple and fast. No hassle!! You need to try this.

Two weeks ago my review would have been 5 stars but I tried to purchase something and my spending limit went from 520 to 0 I never had a problem before and now they don't answer the emails or messages!!!!! I starting to think they are going out of business

Awesome buy now/pay in four easy installments. The selection of stores with the added Four+ membership plan is awesome cause I need everything delivered since I'm disabled and housebound unless I need to go to a doctor's appointment.
