Fantastic service..
quick delivery. We did have a slight issue with the wrong colour item being delivered. But the lady who we was in contact with was amazing and resolved the issue. The customer service is Fantastic they pick up the emails near enough straight away and get back in contact immediately.

Absolutely amazing service from Lauren and Angela friendly, patient and professional. Matt and sorry dont know the other delivery mans name but they were fantastic did everything so friendly and helpful. The sofa is gorgeous much better than in the picture we all love it thanks so much Pay Weekly Sofas And Beds its perfect highly recommend x

Had my sofa delivered on Thursday I am very happy the quality of the sofa is amazing and they are super comfy. The team on the phone were very helpful, The delivery men worked fast, professional and were very polite and nice I highly recommend this company and will be using them again

Had a 2 seater sofa and a chair delivered, the guys were amazing and took there time at getting it through my room door so they didn't damage it at all which was great and I really like my sofa etc, goes with my stuff and really comfy too. 🙂

I ordered 2x 3seater sofas, had a bit of a delay but was kept informed all the time, Angela was brilliant.
Today my sofas were delivered, the quality of my sofas is very good and they are so comfortable I love them x.

If I could of given more than five stars I would of … I spoke to a lady yesterday who was so lovely and kind … and again today I called to give feedback and another lady was so lovely … I felt like I was given multiple options and great advice … I wasn’t to sure yesterday what I wanted and the lady said to look over all products and would give me a call back as to not make the wrong decision… she called me back and went through everything with me she was patient and understanding … she seemed so different to other customer services I have dealt with in the past and took an interest in how I was and the animals I have … it was more like speaking to a friend than a customer service person … I can’t wait to receive my sofas and look forward to getting more things from them in the future… such a pleasant experience and already recommended to friends

Had my sofas delivered last week. I am extremely happy the quality of the sofas is amazing and they are super comfy. The team on the phone were very helpful, my order was placed and a week later my sofas delivered. The delivery men worked fast, professional and were very polite and nice. Ordered my new sofa from payweeklysofas and it's arrived when stated. The two man delivery team had it in and together very quickly and the sofa is great quality defo recommended and will use again

I ordered my sofa just over a week ago and it was delivered yesterday, absolutely love it! Lauren who helped me with the order process was so nice and helpful. The delivery guys were amazing, so nice and polite, even held one of my kittens to stop her escaping lol.
