These scam and theives have been forcing me to pay for what I don't know about or even understand. The company who asked for payment were paid why is PAYQ asking me to pay them too? I strongly recommend you do not use them as they are thieves and will go behind the company back to force money out of you. Horrible company.!
I would like to clarify that I registered on Huurwoningen.nl only to use the free trial period. I did not intentionally purchase or use any paid Premium or Plus subscription, and I believed that my access was limited to the free trial only.
I did not actively use the service after this period and I deleted my account shortly afterwards. As a student, I am unfortunately not in a financial position to pay the amount requested, especially the additional incasso costs.
If there has been a misunderstanding regarding the subscription or its cancellation, I kindly ask you to review this case again. I respectfully request that the incasso costs be waived and that this matter be reconsidered, as there was no intention to enter into a paid subscription.
I am happy to cooperate to resolve this matter amicably.

They do not have good faith whatsoever. First thing that taught in law is having good faith. But I suppose they missed the first lecture of law school.
Try to avoid them at all cost.
PayQ forced me to pay for a cancelled trial subscription from their partner website. They even created an account for me without consent and charged a different amount than what they claimed, leaving a fake unpaid balance. Very misleading and fraudulent behavior – avoid using PayQ.
Extremely poor service. They acted as a debt collection agency on behalf of their client and aggressively pursued payment of an outstanding invoice, without providing verifiable proof of purchase. Despite my repeated requests over four months and my willingness to settle the matter upon receipt of proper documentation, they refused to provide adequate evidence, relying only on a questionable PNG file. The issue was only resolved when their client intervened directly.
