Absolutely horrible company

Absolutely horrible company.
The dashboard isn't even accurate.
Transferring money to the bank account weeks ago was denied without even notifying us or displaying any reason. Later it ended up that the USD needed to be converted (using Paypal's horrible rate) to THB before they could be sent - No mention of this anywhere).
Had multiple tickets open in their message center, of which they never got back to me, and simply closed the conversation as resolved.
Would be good to do a thorough audit of this company as it's tens of times worse than years earlier.
