I would have given 5 stars if not for the maddening delay sending the SMS containing the process code.
This has happened several times, waiting for the 4-digit code in order to proceed with the transaction, most notably the last time, at great length, I received 5 separate texts simultaneously with codes from previous attempts in the last 30 minutes of tearing my hair out.
Do I stick around "WAITING" for the code, making sure my wife and daughters have money to live, or do I say "to hell with my family, the $10,000 contract I'm about to lose is more important", then rush out leaving my family bereft. No, my family is paramount, so instead I start thinking about who else is doing remittances.
