After getting in contact with another agent, this person seemed to have gotten it. With no extra fluff in the way, they simply asked us what we needed and then what they needed. This is exactly how contact an human representative should be not following the flow of a solution tree.

I paid £112.40 on 4th October 2024 for 2 tickets for Andre Rieu concert in Glasgow on 5th April 2025.
I have not received my tickets, or a refund.
I have had no satisfaction from Paylogic, just receiving numerous automated replies, despite providing the information requested.
It looks live I've been scammed.

They cancelled our $13,000 tickets to Tomorrowland 2025 and have not issued a refund or supplied us our tickets. Despite numerous emails through various channels, they have stopped responding altogether. Initially, I was told to wait three months until March 16th for the dispute to be resolved, but now that the date has passed, they have gone silent. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and their practices seem illegal. You cannot take my money and then fail to provide either the tickets or a refund.

No help for lost tickets
We had an issue with a ticket. Booked three dinner tickets in Tomorrowland Winter. Howver, it was not clear while purchasing its valid only with festival pass, which we didn’t have at this day. Hence, we were not let in to the dinner, money lost. No refund available, although we asked for refund before the dinner. The only option was to book a new one, which we could’ve done, but it was all sold out

I paid for my ticket and they never sent to me!
I`m trying contact for more than one week already, i paid for my VIP ticket and they still not delivered to me, I`ve send a so many emails an no answer from anyone, the ChatBot in the Website is useless, very bad service, very bad costumer support. I hope have some answer from paylogic soon, otherwise I will have to take legal action against the company.

Disgusting
Disgusting, I bought a ticket online on the spot of the event with entrance time till 18.00, I was in front of the entrance at 17.50 and the ticket wasn't being sent from them, only received payment confirmation. Then it was 18.10 meaning I couldn't enter the event and still no ticket. I contacted the customer support and they come up with something like you need to personalize your ticket to get it....... What the freaking fk is personalize now?! Just give me my ticket on time!!! This is the story how I got scammed from them 30.50€. I advise everyone to not give one cent to this people, they are the worst.
