It took an inordinate amount of time to complete my purchase. Two very long winded telephone calls taking in total around one and a half hours with numerous questions repeated again and again. This is entirely unacceptable,My last cruise purchased from an American agency sold me the cruise and asked if I wanted to buy insurance . I said yes and they responded in less than a minute with a quote which was both acceptable and in my opinion value for money . You people will have to do better than this if you want to survive.

I am sorry that you feel it took too long to go through everything with you. Our agents are required to go through a set criteria of questions to ensure you are getting the correct level of cover for your trip. In addition to that our underwriters provide us with a set criteria of questions that must be asked regarding medical, this is to ensure you are also covered for any pre-existing medical conditions. It is the agents responsibility to ensure the details are correct as it needs to be 100% accurate in the event of a claim being made.
