I want to like Payhawk

I want to like Payhawk, but there are too many frustrating app issues.
The auto crop feature often is horribly wrong, and trying to then re-crop it manually is super finnicky and sometimes I just have to delete the image and try again. Super frustrating.
Also, there is no way to edit a price once it's been entered?! I entered a price accidentally in Euros when I should have entered USD, and I can't change or delete the entry! At least not that I can find anywhere after looking forever. Pressing the delete button only deletes the photo, not the entry! Please add the ability to edit an entry or delete it!

Poor functionality, payments not working in centain providers, fees charged in excess...

[I edit my previous review, just to clarify that 3 months of usage after, I consider Payhawk's service a complete scam if compared to what they offer, please, be aware that the service is not appropriate for a medium/large corporation]. When I was contacted by the sales team I was told that Payhawk's card platform was stronger than any other virtual card platform and now that I have been using it for a while I seriously doubt it, due to many reasons: i) functionality is still quite basic, ii) available options to restrict the card use (by hour, day of the week, establishing daily limits, etc) is nonexistent, iii) there is no option to manage multy company corporations (you have to replicate manually everything you do on every single group company), there is no way to export or supervise the funds available or the expenses of every company you have an account in, the only option is going one by one and is really tedious... not a good experience for the time being.

great service at very low cost

payhawk offers a great service at very low cost. implementations worked very well, especially a dedicated team is continuosuly standing by to answer questions, assist configuration or troubleshoot anything on the backend.
