WARNING! SCAM website they removed my accounts and money from that accounts went smoke, never got any replies again after that incident in the emails they just stop suddenly and facebook has also commends like mine unanswered, it was legit before but now its a scam. They did it once and they can do it again.

Edit to reply: I contacted the support for months and mentioned that contacted facebook page too, no answer, not planning to use this service again but people should know that their money can be lost at any time.

Blocked my merchant account!

This website just blocked my merchant account for no reason. I sent them many emails but they never replied also i had $400-$600 in my paygol account which they didnt payout me ! completely scam payment processor.

This company is great scammer. Becareful with them, they dont limit my account, but they clean my balance and my account is now negative balance, while they are keeping my 12K+ USD.

Do not trust this company, they have deleted/locked my account without any notification, yesterday I have made a ticket asking a question about my account information and today I cannot login with my account and the recovery password option does not recognize my email (so probably they have deleted/locked my account).

Fortunately this was happened before receiving any payment using Paygol. I will prefer other methods for payments.

100% scam payment processor who uses fake positive reviews on all the review sites. Google them and you will see what they are all about.

Check for yourself and stay away

A company with very bad customer service. A very bad business model, you cannot withdraw until you have $ 250 in payments and they also process the payments up to 3 months after they have done it. I don't really recommend it, it will hurt your business....

Edit 12/05/22: They blocked my account with the money I had, they stole everything from me.

Edit #2 12/05/22: They reactivated my account and stole more than USD$200, which according to them was not really paid, that is, they took it and left me USD$19.99, NEVER do business with these scammers!

Good UI, easy to use API and decent support. I've been using it for around one year and enjoyed the payment gateway itself, but I started noticing shady things going on such as them increasing fees without any notice. A few months after that I received a message that my account was suspended (with all the money in the account). I didn't have a lot in my account balance, however the fact that they stole it just like that is a good reason for me to not recommend this service to anyone. If you have any serious project, go for alternatives such as PayPal or Skrill.
TLDR: Good first impressions, but shady tactics used by people running the service.

They didn't answer on my email for 3 days and now when i go to their website it says its down. Stay Away!

Paygol is not trusted. I paid for a service and provider couldn't deliver the items to me. Then he and I asked paygol to refund the money. But paygol says they can refund after 6 months. That is scam. Do not make any payment with paygol.com

Description: Very professional, very very professional.

Just close our account - no cashout option proivded anymore as we were "unfriendly" to the team as CreditCard is not working since more then 3 month - Ticket: #18374. Account locked since over one month a request for unblocking was confimed but never done. No feedback about the cashout or even any other reaction since over 14 days from the helpdesk. And please do not be as stupid and opena ticket again that we can NOT read with a locked account. Won't use it anymore and only want the rest of my money. Happy that I did not add mutch money there.

They give you your money by a low balance, is your balance higher than the first time than you don't get you're money.

So far I have no complaints, excellent company and always advancing improvements, excellent support in terms and agility and always looking for positive customer solutions and all very transparent about transactions, I just have to thank for the existence of Paygol company!

I am a Merchant with PayGol.
I originally joined PayGol in January 2019, the support was helpful in getting my account up and running in a timely manner and with custom request (Used alternative ID) which was very helpful of them.

PayGol acts as your agent (or middle man more informally) to give you easy access to gateway providers most smaller/independent businesses may not be able to access. Some examples of the most helpful to myself as a UK business owner have been, iDEAL, Bancontact and Sofort. They also accept other less used European systems such as Giropay. These systems and customer bases were simply inaccessible for my business until now. Relying solely on PayPal is difficult in the European Market (which PayGol clearly grasped and filled a need)

PayGol supports PaySafe Card, however applying is very strict, my business was rejected by PaySafe Card. Fees seem very high for this gateway, however.

PayGol is really designed for Merchants who need a secondary income stream provider. Ideally, you should not rely solely on PayGol for your credit card transactions. PayGol (for UK Merchants at least) use VougePay who have a high decline rate in some countries in Europe but seem to have decent acceptance outside of Europe. This may because Vouge Pay originates in Nigeria which likely triggers a lot of the overly sensitive UK banking/Europe systems here.

Fee's with PayGol:
Fee's on PayGol are high compared to going directly with the supported gateways. However as previously covered, a majority of users using PayGol have done because a direct approach is not possible. Fee's are understandable, however, if you are checking out with PayPal as your exit fees will be around 12-18 percent overall, depending on your withdrawal gateway make up. I prefer this over no customers from these gateways.

So far I am happy with PayGol, if I run into issues in the future with the service, I will post here with an edit. However, very good so far!

EDIT UPDATE:
I have had my first Chargeback with PayGol. Chargebacks, as most will know, aren't anything related to PayGol (or even the gateway). I was impressed that PayGol did not press a chargeback counter-claim without my permission (As PayPal does) and thus there were no additional fees for the chargeback. Impressed!
