I keep demanding my money back as the package was not delivered. They keep telling me it says delivered. Yes to a city over a hour away from my house. And lost package had to be started by shipper not receiver. They won’t start one or give money back. Pure SCAM

1. they overcharged me by about $20
2. I ordered a gift in November for Christmas. It came after Christmas so I tried to return. They won't provide a return address they just keep offering me small amounts of money to not return it: ($8? for an $80 purchase).

Initially I ordered a gift for my sister from this site in November but found a much better deal on Amazon so I tried canceling the order before it got shipped. Either it was instantly shipped after order or they waited to mail me back until it was shipped because I was denied due to their policy. They also overcharged my PayPal $12 more than the initial receipt from them said. But with the possibility of returning it on the table once I got it, I sucked it up and ordered the Amazon one in December, it got here in two days. Mind you, I still have yet to receive the Payemphasize one and hadn’t till mid-January. Now that I received it, they have a return policy of 12-days after you receive an order so I mailed them the day I got it. That was 6 days ago now, and they have still ignored me. I have a feeling they’re going to either just outright ignore me or they’re going to “coincidentally” receive my emails too late and say I can’t return it anymore. Overall just a terrible site, annoying “customer service” and outright scam.

Amount on receipt < amount charged on credit card. Customer Service did not respond to this inquiry.
Purchase is a gift inquiries regarding order vague.
No tracking number provided by customer service despite multiple requests to provide the carrier's identity and tracking number.
