closed the website and stole my 500$ which was in my account

Never got back to me after locking account.
Site doesnt even exist anymore and they still have my money

scam blocked account, im a hosting company used very little and they taken money scam

Scammed all of us out of a lot of money, avoid at all cost!

Scammers, don't trust them.
Stole everyone's money over a month ago and refuse to pay out.

They locked my account and stole the money in it. No explanation has been given. This is a scam payment gateway.

I was doing business through paydash and they blocked my account and stole my earned money. They don't answer to me anymore

They stole our money!!!! All accounts got suspended even tho not everyone is selling illegal gods or high risk payments. Me myself isn’t even selling anything right now but still got suspended 1/10

They made this fantastic plan. They took in lots of merchants and they manually reviewed every website. I repeat MANUALLY verified. They let you take a withdrawal & gain your trust. Then overnight, they ban your account when you have some money in it. I had around $1000 in my account and booom! They lied to everyone.

Terrible payment gateway. Lot of payment failure and not even work. Customer service is non existence. The worst part is when you have some balance in your account they will just terminate you without even mail you or inform. They will just terminate your account and take all the balance you own. Big fat scam payment gateway. Stay away if you don't want to lose your hard earn money.

payment was made through their service however the website turned out to be a scam merchant that disappeared and didn't send the item paid for. I raised a support request through Lex's website via chat with Mario and they told me there was nothing to worry about. After a month I still hadn't received the item, I emailed lex with no response, they then rebranded from lexholdingsgroup to lexpay and I managed to locate Mario through their discord channel, I spoke to him and sent him a video of our conversation as I recorded the webchat (attachments) he asked me why it had taken so long to get in touch, I explained I had emailed with no response and struggled to speak with anyone via their telephone numbers. Mario then didn't respond and hasn't for 2 weeks now, I then spoke with their group administrator on the discord who has said it is nothing to do with them and won't help resolve the issue. That person is known as 'Lex' on their discord channel. This service clearly facilitates items for purchase from scam websites and I am now at a $2,000 loss. Just avoid them. I have raised a complaint today with the relevant UK authorities, i will be making a formal complaint with the FCA next.

it's alright compared to paying with crypto since i didn't have to pay network fees

I asked for a refund for my purchase I made accidentally of their product and there wasn't any problem thanks again

my product wasn't working and when I contacted support they fixed it straight away

hey im trying to purchase something with paydash and i made sure all my card info is correct and i know that i have money in it but for some reason my payment wont go through because of the phone number and my phone number is correct i even tried other phone numbers from siblings and it said the same error due to phone number they coudnt authorize me dont really know what to do please help me out

Tried many providers and nothing comes near Paydash.

Hassle free, easy sign up process and a friendly team; this is what you will experience when you open an account with PayDash! Never had any issues.

Now, I can take payments on my website using Paydash and customers can easily pay through their cards, bank transfer and apple pay and I have access to my funds in just a day which is just amazing, no other payment processor does that.

I don't know what I'd do without Paydash!! It's the best ever!

Have always loved Paydash, right from easy install on Wordpress and straight forward Paydash dashboard through to consistently outstanding and prompt customer service. It has made finance fun for small business.

Every time I try buying something with PayDash, it says I can't because they can't verify my identity because of my phone number. They don't even let me use their support!

They write 24/7 support everywhere in their site, but took a week to answer an email. They don't have any CONTACT info on their website and claim to have a 24/7 🤦‍♂️.

Also the merchant from who I bought the product is a scammer, didn't deliver the product and said he would not refund me. I ask paydash.co.uk to refund me then, sent then proof that I did not get the product and the awful support answer the email a week later asking the owner to resolve the issue. I literally sent then pics of the owner saying he would not refund me.

Just go with paypal or don't even bother to buy from these super small sketchy companies. That's why they are small in the first place.

Luckily it was only $10 so I just gave up, hopefully this review will cost them way more.

I wanted to make a simple 3 dollar purchase using that site. However the experience is extremely poor. First of all, they didn't make it clear that they charge you 0.1USD and that they put a code in the transaction's description, which took me hours to figure out. Then after I finally found out that code, the payment went through according to paydash but moments later my bank showed the payment as cancelled. I tried it again and now they're suspecting fraud. Seriously? Suspecting fraud of a 3 dollar purchase?! Absolutely awful, and they also charge very high fees (0.45USD for a 3USD purchase?). Avoid if you can.
