The service from Pay Check has been great from start to finish. From when we first had the initial sales call with Mark to the implementation call with Tracy. All our questions were answered and nothing has ever been too much. Tracy is easy to get in touch with whenever I have any questions, she’s always on hand via email or for a call. We had to get things up and running quickly with Pay Check as had been let down by our other payroll provider and Tracy made sure everything was set up and ready to go as quickly as she could. Everything was explained so well and their system is easy to use and navigate round. I would recommend Pay Check to anyone.

In my experience with a few payroll providers, Paycheck has been the most challenging. Their system’s pretty basic, and because payroll is done manually on their side, it can lead to errors and adds more work for our Payroll Specialist. Plus, not having customizable reports has been a real drawback.
That said, this isn’t a reflection on our Senior Payroll Administrator, Sue Barry. She’s been great—always helpful, responsive, and mindful of my U.S. time zone when reminding me about deadlines. She even assisted with an urgent request after hours, which I really appreciated.
