Robbing bustards

Robbing bustards. Only stopped to get a battery from the business who's car park was full! 7 minutes and purposely didn't park on the double yellows!
Hope you sleep well Dck Turpin.

Petty and pathetic company

Parc-y-Llyn retail park, Aberystwyth.
Although I admit I parked over the white line, the reason was that the bays are tight and I parked where there was space to comfortably open doors with no damage likely from other cars. There was loads of spare spaces left in the car park so I was doing no harm.
I've paid the £60 fine as it's not worth arguing, this company are just greedy and petty and the retailers that use their car park are the eventual losers as people will go online
Wake up Charlies, B&M, Halfords and Currys before they send you out of business.

UKPA

This company is terrible you can't talk to anyone even in all the numbers they give you. I appealed but lost so I couldn't be bothered fighting it anymore as it's useless even the appeal system I had proof that I paid at the machine but the ticket wouldn't work at the exit machine so to get the barrier up I paid on my card which I have proof of in my bank account. Now after all that I was still going to pay I had until 18th December so I have been trying to pay it but all it says it's to late and it's said gone to debt management even before the due date. Every number I have went through doesn't accept my parking letter number so there's nothing more I can do. I have also emailed them twice still no reply. I will never go into that shopping centre every again.

Money suckers!

These money suckers don't charge for parking but they do park slots super tight making it impossible to open the doors unless you go over the marking lines and then is when they fine you £60.

I would never park in any UKPC parking again. Terrible service. They don't even put a warning on the window. Weeks later you just get a letter with parking charge.

Fuming with this company

Fuming with this company. I parked my car a couple of inches over the designated line as the neighboring vehicle was too close to the edge of his line. I appealed as I was on the end space and taking no space into any other car space. They declined my appeal and I couldn't waste any more of my time with a dispute service or indeed any further stress.

Money grabbing company

First of all it was very difficult to get into the app to pay, finally managed to do it, paid for 2 hours, when I got back to my car, I had a fine stuck to my windscreen. I appealed, send them screenshots of my payment, and when I heard back from them, they claimed I paid for the wrong carpark, which, by the way, was Station Road in Didcot. There was no ID number or name for the carpark on the board, that's why I selected Station Road.

They "very kindly" (I am sarcastic here) reduced the fine from £100 to £60. The only reason I am paying is because I do not have the time or energy to waste more time with drivel.

I have Parkinson’s disease so I used my blue badge to park in a disabled bay outside the range in reading but unfortunately for me I was slightly over the yellow line and for that I got a £60 fine as my appeal was rejected!!
How the F¥€K do UKPC get away with it!!??
So here’s the thing Bellend Ben Cooke (btw he’s the CEO) I’ll pay my fine but your mission is if you choose to accept it is donate it back to Parkinson’s UK👍there’s a good chap then maybe you’ll go to bed tonight with a clear conscience😊

Kind regards

Money hungry individuals

Money hungry individuals.
1) They never sent me an initial warning letter in the mail they just jumped to the final warning penalty.
2) i appealed this and showed time stamps of exactly where my car was (I am black boxed) plus i told them they never sent an initial warning letter.
3) they dismissed the legitimate proof provided and claimed their driver observations were correct. I wasn’t there beyond the specified time. As a student this has affected me greatly. I don’t have money to play around with and they’ve taken the last bit I had until payday. Really upset.

Charterhouse of St Anne's Coventry

I used the car park at Charterhouse of St Anne's Coventry twice. And even tho I bought parking tickets both times I received penalty charges. The car park allows you to park free for up to an hour & after 9pm is free. However, according to UKPC that's totally irrelevant. I managed to get the one penalty charge cancelled but the other they won't back down. I really don't understand how the parking charges work. Especially on this occasion I was parked from 19:40 to 21:43. I purchased a ticket which covered me from 19:42 through to 20:59. The system will not let you physically purchase a ticket after 20:59 as strictly speaking it's free then. In reality I only needed to buy a ticket for 20 minutes. 20:00 to 20:59 should have been free.
I was very tempted to let it go to court but I am full-time carer for my husband who has cancer x2 & I'm grieving for my mum who passed away a short time ago. £60 is something I can ill afford.
However, I am going to write to the Coventry Heritage Trust who own the site & to a couple of charities who use the site.
I certainly won't be going back to Charterhouse, which is a shame. It's a beautiful site, a charity & needs public support.
They need to be aware of this despicable parking company!

I parked legitimately in a disabled bay…

I parked legitimately in a disabled bay while we were picking up our dogs at the groomers at Pets at Home, returning ten minutes later. Four days later, I got a parking charge notice claiming the Disabled Badge wasn't legible and the expiry date couldn't be seen. In support of their claim, the attendant took a photo at waist height so the permit was partly obscured by the black dots on the windscreen. It was easily seen when viewed from the side. I photographed it in exactly the same position at eye level and submitted an appeal which was refused within four hours. The evidence was clearly fabricated I assume to generate some form of bonus for the attendant.
This is how these people treat veterans injured fighting for their country. Its appalling.

No saving on shopping retail at B&Q, Home Bargains & B&M. Add £60 to your perceived bargains

I visited Home Bargains, B&Q and B & M Bargains
parking in 3 different locations outside each store.
It's hard to believe that in supporting our retailers they use a Car Parking monitoring company to fleece and scam honest shoppers by treating each parking visit in same time block. B & Q, Home Bargains & B & M should be congratulated on driving yet another retail shopper to E-Bay & Amazon.

If they could take your blood they would

Not that this company cares one bit as they are leeches. They're not in the slightest bit interested when you have a complaint with a genuine reason for a tiny misdemeanor and at 85 with problems paying bills it is even more worry to health.

Just had a letter on thursday16th…

Just had a letter on thursday16th march, to say i forgot disabled badge in the window. On03/03/2023. It said i could have paid early £40 but how could i have paid if letters get sent out after the 14-day period. Not disputing for fact i did display badge just the fact you sent letter so that i came on the 15th day. Scaming cxxxs. Also, if your operator looked a couple of minutes later, you would have seen me return to the car and put badge in the window, and do more shopping. And another thing your website doesn't allow you to view more photos on the vehicle the time frame, once again scamming cxxxx. Good day

Not worth even one star..

Not worth even one star... Didn't know I was over the time by 11 minutes. I received the charge late, so no option to pay the reduced fee of £40. Is there not a "grace" period for delays before a charge is issued ??
