Arrived late and hiccups with unit
I ordered Payaz Go on 20 February. It arrived 2 March despite stating it will be shipped within 48 hours. Even discounting the weekends I expect it should be with me 3 days ago.
I opened the package and did the usual Givealittle download as our church has 3 other devices (another top of the range Payaz and 2 others which I constructed). The Google Play software works intermittently (not the software's fault but Payaz's) but I found another way to download the app. Then the small plastic attached to the power button came sliding around in its case and nudging the tablet to almost powering off . Worst of all, the bolts that came with the bracket is a size too big and would not screw to the back of the unit. I went to Screwfix and found the correct bolts.
All in all, it should have been a simple experience but there's no telephone support and their online support closes at 4pm and I will have to wait for up to 48 hours for support! I should have gone back to CollecTin although they're more expensive and Payaz's unit is near identical to CollecTin's shape but not dimension-wise. I'll be wary next time and would buy somewhere else. Not a good experience for me
