promise one thing and do another
After multiple conversations with your team, it’s become clear that there is either a lack of willingness to assist or a complete disregard for following through on what was promised. I was repeatedly told this would not be an issue, only to have the position change—again—on the 1st, then reassured on April 3rd (a holiday, no less), and now told that it may not be possible after all.
This level of inconsistency is unacceptable. In over five years as a client, during which your company has generated significant revenue from my business, this is by far the most poorly handled situation I’ve experienced. When I’ve tried to resolve a straightforward issue, the responses have been vague, inconsistent, and ultimately unhelpful.
I expected clarity and accountability—when those are missing, so is my interest in continuing as a client.
it has been 24 hours and nobody answered me, or apologized for the situation. ITS A JOKE 5 years of being a client and then this happens, nobody had the fortitude and respect to address this with me.

I would not consider Pay2day my first choice
I would not consider Pay2day my first choice for payday loans. The application process is complicated and becomes frustrating when bank verification is required but your bank is not listed. After calling the branch multiple times, you may be asked to come in person, which is not always convenient.
Compared to other lenders, the application process is far less user-friendly. Competitors typically require less frequent banking and employment information, especially if you are already pre-approved for a certain amount. In addition, with other lenders you typically receive your funds quickly, whereas with Pay2day there can be delays of up to two hours if additional information is required.
Overall, Pay2day would be my last resort.
