Marcus was incredibly helpful and responsive. I accidentally double-paid almost all of my latest payroll after thinking the first batch had failed, which was obviously very stressful.
Marcus quickly checked the account, confirmed what had happened, identified the duplicate payroll, and arranged for the most recent payments to be cancelled. Within a few minutes, he came back confirming that the seven duplicate payroll payments had been cancelled.
It was a huge relief, and I really appreciated how calm, clear, and efficient he was throughout. Great customer service – thanks again, Marcus!

It’s relatively easy to use and I’m pleased I can use my Amex and pay my Amex statement via the platform. A good way to earn points especially with good sign up bonuses on offer.

It was great to hear from our account manager within hours of verifying our account. Then he spent as much time as I needed to ensure that I understood how the system works. Great service so far!

We have been using pay.com.au for over 3 years. Their processing times have improved and we now see next day payments. Their redemption options are superior to any other similar provider. Never had an issue and their support is awesome. Points transferred appear in minutes. Highly recommend if you want to double dip on points!
