Best dry herb vape
I ordered the Pax 3 complete kit a few months ago and I love it! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that it doesn’t put out as much vapor when the batter is at half or less.
Awesome Product, Awesome Customer Service!!
A few years ago, I bought a PAX 3 from online retailer, Vapor.com. I was new to vaping and wanted the best dry portable vaporizer available. The PAX 3 was my choice after reading and watching reviews. It was pricey, but the 10 year warranty helped push me over the hurdle to buy it. It is a very well thought out design, featuring a handsome look and feel. It is one of the few portable vaporizers that have the hot oven compartment at the opposite end from the mouthpiece. This design gives you MORE flavor, and LESS heat to your lips. And a powerful battery keeps your vaping session going for a long time. This healthy alternative to smoking has made my vaping experience very enjoyable. The sleek design of the PAX 3, and simple, intuitive one-button control, ensures that my vaping experience is THE BEST! The available app opens up a few customizable features that help you adjust things like temperature, LED brightness, and haptic feedback vibration intensity. VERY USEFUL FEATURES. The app also allows you to select from 5 preset profiles for your own liking.
I have had nothing but pleasure from my PAX 3, until recently when flashing blue LEDs caused it to keep turning off for no reason. I started to panic, but then I remembered the 10 year warranty.
I emailed the company and explained the problem. They responded within 24 hours, to apologize for the inconvenience. Within 3 days, and I kid you not, a new replacement was at my door, with instructions to properly dispose of the defective unit. No hassles, no delays, no problems!
Customer Service doesn't get any better than this!
I would give 10 Stars if I could!
And....no one has paid me to give this review!
Rude, belittled, and disrespectful: PAX Labs does not have faith or support of their own customers
In speaking with customer service, I experienced a strange and foul smelling liquid within my box and package. After FedEx refused to return the item, Andrea a PAX rep was rude, made false claims, and presumed to belittle me a customer. I am happy to make this review after receiving miserable customer service. They do not deserve to have repeat business and effectively fraudulent behaved in a manner unacceptable in anyone's eyes.
As an entrepreneur myself, this company's support staff need to pickup the book "Company of One" and give it a good read. They are the worst support I have ever dealt with.
customer service
I've had a similar experience in that my Pax 2 stopped working. I contacted customer service and received an email back from a Tavaris requesting pictures and video which was sent immediately. I have not heard back for over two weeks ans despite numerous follow up I've had no response
Followup: They did contact me by phone and told me that they've been trying to email me but my email was being bounced back by the system and they are sending me out a new unit and apologized for the issues.
I'd put zero but I don't have that…
I'd put zero but I don't have that option since they haven't returned my email inquiry for 10 days. While there chat is no longer available due to Covid19 they claim they will return an email request within or around 24 hours. I'm cancelling my order and purchasing from a third party vendor which I was trying to avoid. Horrible.
Best vaporiser and awesome service…
Best vaporiser and awesome customer service. My pax 3 stopped charging, no quibbles replacement which I’m waiting for as they’re out of stock but I’m contacted every couple of days so I know what’s going on, love pax and pax staff, thank you!
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Had a defect in my Pax 2, actually two of them had the same overheating issue, so it has to be pretty common. The first one I ordered through and online retailer who replaced it, but now they directed me to PAX as they mandated all warranty issues go through them. Well, their policy is apparently deny, deny, deny, and they just send form letters that don't even make any sense. Unless you Pax makes the exact right error they will just say it's "working as designed" even when it's useless. Thanks for the paperweight guys.
Amazing company with superb customer…
Amazing company with superb customer service and lengthy warranties - more than that their devices are built to last, my Pax2 was purchased nearly 5 years ago and despite heavy daily use it still goes strong like the first day it was born - absolute champs! Saved my lungs! Thanks PAX
Pax Era Excelente
I purchased Pax Era, excellent product. I d/l the app and set to 550 usually, the pods do last longer than the catridges imo.
** I love the session mode on the app, thanks guys!
Finally, drug paraphernalia with a degree of refinement & finesse
I’ve dabbled with vaporizers since the 90’s when they were just modified soldering irons mounted inside a glass globe from a porch light. Hey, they’re still selling them & they still work, albeit with serious limitations. Today, many products promise you all those billowing clouds of thick, tasty vapor. Some are lying, others are *really* expensive, and a few work well but are clunky/awkward. And then there’s Pax. I can only speak for my Pax 2 - as I have no interest in extracts or fancy tech stuff a la Pax 3 - but it delivers the goods and for just $150 delivered. Discrete, refined, and, yes, it’s sort of the Lexus vaporizer many of us have been waiting for. If it’s good enough for Bill Maher, waddya waiting for?
Typical warranty scam
Brilliant stuff, buy a PAX 3 register it. No problems at all. Device develops a problem and now my warranty is non existent because it was purchased through a supposed authorized dealer that were apparently not authorized. If they told me this when I registered it I would have returned it, I gave them all this information when I registered it. The main point of my contact was to establish my warranty was valid. 10 year warranty. What a scam! Either that or the people in customer support really should be elsewhere
Their products are ingenuitive and easy…
Their products are ingenuitive and easy to carry especially the Pax2. I've avoided the new Pax 3 because who really needs a wireless device by your mouth so you can read the settings on your phone when you can read the settings on the front of the device. This wireless craze has gone too far. Don't people realize it's EMF radiation. They have good customer service and if you are looking for flavor... no better device!
