Scam, avoid at all cost. Product doesn't work. Their customer service is awful, they are not interested in a resolution, just want your money up front.

Definitely a scam. Over 21 days since my order was placed. No reply to emails.

Complete scam…. I wish I had looked up reviews prior to my purchase of Pawtins™ - Pet Air Purifier 2.0.

Package took a couple weeks to arrive and the was shocked when they came… they are tiny!!! Like the size of a tall boy beer can. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have tried to contact the company 3 times so far to their email ( info at pawtins dot com ) contact and nothing…….. No other contact details anywhere and they seem to have completely disappeared from Facebook.

The two ridiculously tiny units I purchased did nothing. NOTHING. I used both units in a small space where our litter box is and THEY MADE ZERO DIFFERENCE…. Apart from a fan sounds and lights on the tops.

I’m usually smarter than this and usually purchase through PayPal…. But didn’t in this case, so I’m assuming I’m now our $130CAD.

Disgusting that companies like this exist.

The pet purification unit is three times overpriced. I have tried numerous times to get a return address to return my order for a refund. Totally ignored me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I recently got a puppy and it has been a headache dealing with the pee smell while I potty train him, but after getting the pawtins 2.0 purifier I noticed a significant difference in my air.

The pee smell disappeared after I had it on for an hour or so. I don't know why there were some bad reviews, but after looking deeper, I noticed the reviews were old and were from their first 1.0 purifier version. However, my experience with getting the 2.0 has been nothing but positive!

Once again please don’t fall for this scam. You will receive junk that should go in the garbage and if you ask for a refund you can forget it because they WILL NOT issue a refund. If no stars was a option that is what I would leave.

Waited over 2 months and nothing ever delivered. I asked for a refund and only reply to my numerous emails was that they would look into it. Don't waste your money!!!

They get no stars. They are a total scam. They are big enough for a doll house. These are 8 inches tall. They should be ashamed of themselves. I was scammed out of $115. Junk don't buy

I’ve ordered three purifiers. After a couple days, one started making a loud noise and is unworkable. I’ve reached out to customer service and keep getting the runaround after a couple weeks trying to return the two unopened purifiers. It has been a hassle! Do not order!

What a joke. These are the same size as my cell phone.

7 weeks after ordering $69 worth of product, they say it was delivered but it has NOT been delivered. I've asked for a refund - so far no response. Would not recommend. Why does Facebook not block this scam artist?

This place is a total scam!! I ordered a unit December 05, 2023 for $69 and have yet to get my order. Multiple emails back and forth to where they are “checking into it.” There should be some kind of recourse for people like this who outright steal your money. I check highly rated reviews before I bought that had to be fake. Don’t do it!!

I am writing this in hopes it warns others not to buy anything from this company. What they send you is not what they market to you and it doesn't work. They do not accept returns and their replies are very strange as well.

Can we do a class action suit? This is a fraud! They will not deal with you or help! They may not help me but I will post Every chance I get on social media! Crooks!!!!!!!!

Item doesn't work. The fan makes a horrendous noise on and off like it's hitting against something, it's tiny, seriously overpriced and does not work! Customer service does not exist, no way of a refund as they keep fobbing off taking weeks to reply once saying they'll investigate - nothing since. No return address... trading standards needs to get hold before they oversell and scam others.

Absolute scam! Do not buy. Item is tiny, described as a toy in the instructions. Useless crap.
