I ordered a gift for my son, who is autistic, but loves his two shelties. So with his birthday the week before Christmas. i am sure he will love it and wear it all the time.

Never again. I ordered a very special Xmas decoration and paid £23 for it. The item did not get delivered. I have sent over 40 emails and only 4 have been answered all saying the same thing check deliver address. . The Chinese company that makes/delivers have no customer support. They said the item was delivered. It was NOT. I have tried everything and still nothing. I told them I didn’t want to leave a bad review as maybe it was a simple error. But it has now been 5 weeks and nothing I asked for proof of delivery and nothing.
I have proof of everything I had said.

Received a "sweater" as a gift. The print quality was horrendous compared to the listing image. The material isn’t clearly described—the label just says “soft material”—and it’s so thin you can literally see through it. The listing claims the image may differ due to lighting, but it’s clear the product image is AI-generated and pasted onto a generic model, not an actual photo of the product. Very misleading.

Extremely poor quality. The overall quality of the top I ordered is nothing like the photo on my original order.
The material is thin, see through and the colours are feint. So disappointed.
I emailed them to complain and ask for a refund and got an email back saying it was an automated reply and there was no email contact with this company.
Extremely poor customer service for complaints too.

Ordered this item more than a month ago. The tracking is terrible. I’m so disappointed that it’s not coming for Christmas. Will never order from them again.

Unhappy with the hat received. Picture misleads by showing emprints much larger than what one gets for real. What I got is so small (at least twice smaller proportionally) that the names cannot be red at more that 2 feet a distance.

The experience itself was actually fun to create the products, and the follow-up emails were adorable. The only problem is with the tumbler. The lip on it is too thick and that makes it hard to get a decent swallow of liquid, especially when I’m on the go.

I bought a jumper as a gift, it is the worst quality garment I’ve ever seen

Despite sending a large amount of emails to them they took my payment and stopped replying to me. I tracked my parcel they said was delivered but clearly hadnt been this place must be a SCAM

Glass is so thin.....broke the first time i washed it. DO NOT BUY. Cheap lettering.....not worth a quarter of what i paid (£28). Don't waste your money. No refunds or cancellations given (after 3 hours of ordering). Took more than 3 weeks to receive cheap, fragile item. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Ornament came. Accidentally left it in during the night. Batteries ran out. Totally fell apart when I replaced batteries

1. Very difficult website to use, constantly trying to add more 'services' onto the order
2. Got my credit card info wrong, actually used someone else name?!? Could not get the name on the payment card and the 'ship to' name right.
3. Discount codes are a joke, built into the price

Easy order process and relatively quick shipping and well packaged. The cup is nice and it's a quality product and a very nice gift for someone. Everyone who recieved one was delighted with the gift. I ordered 1 at first and then ordered 2 more.

Have a Christmas item ordered weeks ago and it’s still not arrived. Replacement may take us up to just before Christmas. They said due to order volume. Wouldnt recommend ordering anything before Christmas

The product is awesome. They were exactly as designed. I would've given 5 star but shipping communication is not good. I was told 3 times my order was delivered to different states.

I received the item already damaged. The printing was terrible and there were pieces missing from the printing on the mug. I contacted the company on the same day of the delivery asking for a refund and return. I sent them pictures of the damage. The company emailed me back stating they would have to contact the production company. How is that helpful to the customer? It's not my problem, its theres. I will be taking it further as they are clearly not willing to issue a refund.

The customization made the two girls look exactly like my daughters along with their own cats features; it was amazing! Even better was the super fast turn around in taking the order and shipping promptly!
