The coffee mug had 2 dogs shown. The name of 1 of the dogs was incorrect. I've sent 3 emails via their recommended website contact method. I have received no response from them even though says they respond within 24hrs. The quality of the cup is good, I want to correct the name error.

I purchased a shirt for my mother for xmas. She is a 200 LB 80 year old woman and we ordered a 2xl . The first order was sent to us and the shirt was a child size. I ordered again the same size everything and again was sent a child size. I wrote back again and was further humiliated by asking me the sizes and measurments tat the shirt was. Abvousley telling them what they did wrong again wasn t good enough. I again told them what size they sent. In the meantime my mother in law never gor anything fr xmas because of them. I thought the customer was the one whose supposed to be right. I will never order form you folks again and will take every opportunity to share with others what they do to there customers.

Thought this was uk company - Chinese 18 day delivery constant messages eventually arrived looked grubby not even in a separate wrapper.This was a baby vest very expensive and poor quality.Would not buy again from this trader very disappointed

Don't buy here! They mess up and let you pay for it!
I needed a white German Shepherd on a mug, it was not on the list with the mug, but it was available with other products. I asked beforehand if it was possible to get the German Shepherd on the mug and was told that was perfectly possible and got instructions how to proceed to get that done.
I ordered two mugs, for one I asked the modification from Husky to white German Shepherd as I was told.
I got a preview, but they made a mistake in the modification. I immediately emailed back and got a new preview, but that was also not correct. This process repeated itself several times and they even started messing up the other mug I ordered. My replies were very clear with a list of what it should be per mug (name girl, name dog, dog breed, etc).
And then out of nowhere I got a shipping notification without a preview. They managed to mess up both the mugs I ordered, so even the mug needing no modification at all now had the wrong dog breed on it.
I mailed again, but they told me there was nothing to be done about it. They are sorry for the mistakes and gave me a 20% discount... So here I am with two messed up mugs and still charged with 80% of the bill. I emailed them again, but they no longer respond.
The products are really nice, but they mess up time after time, seemingly get tired of it, just ship out and let you pay for it...

Very cute ornament. I was able to pick eye color, hair color, outfits, etc. for the humans and breed for the dog with everyone's name. Not to nitpick, but I'd be thrilled to have a Santa hat on the pooch to match the family's. I'd give the company 5 stars, but I thought the shipping cost was a bit too high for a padded envelope

Gift was delivered to wrong address, customer service has sent me the same email multiple times saying I need to reorder with a 15% discount. Item was Christmas 2025 specific so this isn’t applicable, so not only are they not refunding my order, a really lovely first home together Christmas tree ornament was not received for Christmas

Do not order from this company. The products are bad quality and the customer service is even worse.
Many emails since my product was delivered faulty, before Christmas and still no reply. Complete waste of £30.
Avoid at all costs.

Please look into the recent reviews for this company - particularly the clothing. We were really looking forward to gifting the personalised “girl and her dog” sweater to our daughter but it arrived and was so small and the quality was terrible! £27 wasted and a pitiful £8 offered from them as a partial refund. Wouldn’t go near this company.

Do not order from this company. Place an order early December. December 6th to be exact and as of today no order was ever received. I messaged the company and they claim that the order was lost in transit. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

Ordered a customised Christmas jumper for my wife. Thoroughly disappointed with the print quality and fabric. Cheap, colour is faded and a waste of money. Contacted the company and in there T&Cs it states images may differ from the quality of the product due to lighting conditions of the photo shoot or your monitors display! Unbelievable, please don't waste your money.

I ordered a gift for my daughter in early Dec, and the delivery was promised before Dec 24th. It’s Jan 3rd and it hasn’t left China yet. No word from the company. I think I got scammed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Items never showed up they were xmas gits and all you
can do is send a replacement when it's Christmas cup whh so I want it and the nend of June being going back and forth weeks it was too good to be true

I ordered in late October. The date was changed twice then I was told my order was delivered twice and my post master can't find the tracking number in their system. Then I get another text saying shipping delayed. Then I get an email saying they were resending my order and they charged me again and it's January 1 and still haven't received it. I reported them to the federal trade commission. Definitely a fraud. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because they wouldn't let me give no stars

Always dubious of ordering online, but this company was easy to deal with. Kept you fully informed of the process and tracking of the item when posted.
The quality of the tee-shirts is good, nice thick, soft material and well made. Only downside is the sizing is a bit neat. I ordered as gifts for friends a x large/size 14 and a 2x XL/size 18-20. If ordering again, I'd definitely order a bigger size as was wanting something a bit looser for lounging

BBW!! I placed an order on Dec. 2nd for a Christmas gift and of this date never received the product! Excuse after excuse, cannot deliver, problem with delivery, sorry were trying to get the product delivered, says we weren't home to receive product,( a lie, as my wife or I were here at home.) Can't locate address, we've been here for 15 years at the same address!
After numerous contacts and complaints, I did finally get a refund.
My advise is look somewhere else to order these products. Terrible customer service!!!

I ordered a medium sized dog lover (custom) hat for my wife (three sizes were available). When she tried it on, it did not fit. Unlike similar types of hats purchased over the years, this hat had virtually no stretch in the fabric making the headband. When I contacted the seller, I learned the size could vary by as much as 2 inches and still be in manufacturing specifications. No refund was offered and to try a replacement would cost an additional $20 after paying over $30 for the poorly made hat.
All risk of loss is on the customer and the risk is high!

If I could give zero stars I would. Total rubbish - bears no resemblance to the ‘sweatshirt’ they advertise. Instead what you get is an extremely poor quality, thin, polyester item - possibly made for an orangutan- the arms are so long! Sizing is nonsense. Printing is woeful. I asked for a refund under uk distance selling laws - they offered me a 30% refund’as a gesture of goodwill’ but I haven’t seen a penny in any kind of refund and they are ignoring all emails. Don’t waste your money. I wish I had read the reviews on here before I ordered.
