It was good meeting with Jane prior to our going away.
Jane provided us with constant updates and pictures of our cat (something we didn't expect to happen).

Absolutely perfect. Dogs loved Julie, weren't really over excited when we picked them up. Quite sure they would have been happy to stay. Julie was so good that the dogs didn't miss us

We are happy by finding a really good sitter for our cat , thanks that such services like yours exist. Connections with sitter, confirmation, payment -all was processed clearly and easy. For other points - for cats choice is really more limited than for dogs, ( but it rather relates to sitter preferences then app) What could be improved -keeping of pet sitter calendar availability up to date . The first selected sitter's availability matched the dates we requested but after contacting sitter told that not available.

Abbey was great with the dogs and cared for them wonderfully. They enjoyed having her come in morning for treats and dinner at night. Was extremely happy with the process.

We gad a lady look after our pers from Pawshake. I the past we used mad paws before but we were not quite as happy with the people that were looking after us. Melissa from Pawshake was excellent

Very disappointed with Pawshake in Perth.

Firstly the sitter got the date I had booked mixed up, but assured us she could still sit our little dog on the correct day/date/times we had requested and booked.

We had agreed on booking, to a drop off of around 8am and pick up around 5:30pm. I messaged her at 5 mins to 8am to say we were just around the corner and we would see her shortly.

The sitter then rang me at 8am (already in her car) to tell us she was on her way to take her kids to school. A 40 minute round trip!!! She told us to just put our dog in her backyard and that she would be home in 40 minutes.

We had specified on booking that our dog would be anxious when we left and was an indoor dog. Obviously this new arrangement was not appropriate for us. We did not leave our little dog there and had to cancel a tour because of this.

Thankfully our pre payment was refunded by Pawshake but it has certainly left us with no confidence in the quality of pet sitters on Pawshake's books. It is not ok to agree to dog sit a dog and then leave them alone unattended while the sitter goes off and does what they like! Terrible!
