Can’t get zippers threaded to zip around seat.
Snaps don’t snap close.
Unusable.

She loves it!

I had another brand of this seat style and if my dog would scoot too far back, she would turn over. This seat is much sturdier and that does not happen. She is safe, secure and happy with this seat. The only negative I see is that the zipper doesn't seem the best but if you are not taking it apart often, it should be OK.

BEST thing bought for our Doxie!!

This has been the BEST thing bought for our doxie who would stress and whine in the car. He now will settle down and just relax - what a difference! Don’t be fooled by the other 3rd parties out there selling PawSeat like we did initially. Their product is crap and as soon as we saw it we knew we were duped! PawSeat is first-rate company and I recommend them 💯%!!

It came quickly

It came quickly, is easy to install and remove and it is high enough that my dog (she is a short person, only weighs 4.6 pounds) can prop herself up in it and see out the window, something that she enjoys to no end!

Great quality and my dog doesn’t seem…

Great quality and my dog doesn’t seem to mind it! I will say, my dog is about 16-18lbs (dachshund) and he just about fits. I don’t think this type of seat would work if your dog is any bigger than that.

I placed an order for PawSeat…

I placed an order for PawSeat and was so excited to get it! The quality is top-notch and it was super easy to assemble. Unfortunately, my 12 lbs baby was too long for it, but he certainly did enjoy being up on the arm rest! We both loved it as a tote, but the reality is that it was just too narrow for him and also too hot (not very breathable). The customer service is superb though, and they promptly issued a partial refund (as I didn't have the original packaging anymore). I would definitely order another product from them, and I would still recommend the PawSeat to others with smaller dogs (under 7lbs or so).

Bummed the seat was too small

Bummed the seat was too small. She is a small family dog, but the seat was too small. The customer service was amazing. Kept me informed every step of the way for the return and notification of the refund. Super happy with this experience. Thank you!

Ordered 5/4/2023

Ordered 5/4/2023. I was charged and have never heard any response to my four emails inquiring wear my order is. Terrible service, no phone number. I just sent another email and if no response by Friday, 6/30, I am calling my credit card company and reports fraud!

Customer Care Rep, Emily, was so helpful and responsive. I had a typo in my email and didn't receive the confirmation when I ordered. She fixed my mistake so quickly. I can't for my Paw Seat to arrive!

No Customer Service, No phone number, Canned Emails

So far, three unsuccessful attempts to deliver a PawSeat to our address by their shipper, GLS. I have written and replied to a least a dozen emails explaining that I never received the pet seat as their shipper can fails to reach the final stop to our island address. I would like to call and discuss but there is no telephone number listed anywhere. Emails are canned robo-replies from Emily. This situation has been going on for two months now. I would love to just get my money back and order their product off Amazon. Feels like a scam.

It appears that the courier we used, GLS, has been unsuccessful in delivering your package to your address, and the package got returned to us. This is completely unacceptable, and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, our warehouse team reshipped your package and it should be with you later this week. I have made sure to resend you an email with the updated tracking information.

We know that it's been a long wait, and we understand that we could have communicated better throughout this process. I received my new Havanese and she…

I received my new Havanese and she absoultly LOVES her PawSeat, i am ordering another one for the golf cart. My sister already got hers and I tell everyone. Beware of copy cats, mine is awesome.

Cant wait for that ride, she will love it.
