I purchased a collar not even a year…
I purchased a collar not even a year ago (July 2025) the remote just stopped working out of nowhere. The customer service is trash..i been going back and forth with them since March 21st and no resolution yet ( it’s April 4th) I received one email and it was all France. I don’t understand how the warranty works when they don’t respond to the emails. One email they offered two options and when i picked one they stop responding to my emails. Really unprofessional and unfair.
