They are quick to send out the tags and it's lovely you can add details of your pets
If your tag is lost you get a replacement
If a smaller tag was possible that be good too especially for puppies as they try chew the bigger tag

Great product
I ordered PawID tags for my two rescue dogs and I’m really impressed. It’s great value with lifetime access for a one-off payment. I can add two contact numbers that show instantly when the tag is scanned, and I can even see the location of the scan.
The product arrived quickly, was easy to set up, and gives me real peace of mind knowing my dogs can be identified if they ever go missing.

Got my 2 ID discs for my doggies, easy to set up, and took advantage of their limited time offer of the Premium upgrade for only 19.99 for a year subscription, which included my extra dog free...

Loved these tags I’ve had them for both of my dogs!
But since upgrading to the pay monthly plan I’ve not been able to upload the extra photos and info which is the point of the upgrade in the first place, only bonus of the pay monthly is you can get a replacement tag when needed but not worth the monthly subscription when it don’t work.

Above and beyond expectations
ID tag not received. I have recently relocated to a new area, and I mistakenly entered my previous address at checkout. PAWID has gone above and beyond by sending another ID tag free of charge, and was clearly my mistake not PAWID

It’s possible it was delivered to a neighbour or placed in a safe location. We recommend checking with your local delivery office or neighbours just in case.

they claim to be engagement free but isn't true, to properly use their service an annual subscription is due. I found this a bit shady from them. Definitely I suggest people to find some serious alternative.

• The ability to create lost pet flyers and notify nearby Paw ID users
• Half-price replacement tags
The optional Premium plan (£2.49 per month) simply offers extra benefits, such as SMS notifications, unlimited images, unlimited contacts, and free replacement tags. But it is entirely optional—everything needed to help return your pet safely is available without a subscription.

I’ve just bought two tags for my dogs
I’ve just bought two tags for my dogs. Initially I couldn’t get them to work. I went on to the live chat section expecting to chat with a bot !! Instead I had a very helpful person who got them working in no time (my error not the tags). Love the tags and the fact you can update addresses and put lots of helpful info about your dog on the. I especially like that you get an email when someone has scanned the tag and a location.
I’ve been recommending them to my friends.
