Chicken Run, absolutely rubbish, instructions are terrible. The whole thing isn’t worth the money

There is no legitimate street address on their website, it says just the high street. Careful, probably a scam with fake reviews on loox

These people are scammers. Do not order. As others have said they lie about being uk based. If you want to return they want to pay for the return to China. Appears thst customer services is one name. So far they offered me £3 refund, then 7, then £13. One big scam!

Like the majority of people who have commented on this awful company, my experience was no different.
On initially looking for a harness for my dog I stumble across Pawhot believing the company was based in the UK, London according to their webpage, which they are not, they have just used a Street Name, no building number etc.
Ordered the product, only then to notice it was being shipped from China !
On arrival the product was poor quality and way below standard.
Made a complaint to Pawhot, had numerous emails from them, initially refusing to give me a refund.
I advised them that as the were based in the Uk they were regulated under consumer rights act, this made no difference, so I said I would visit their office in London to take the item back, but I would need the name of the building they were in, not just a road name, which is all they give on their website.
No success there, they then said they were moving from London and gave an address in Liverpool, which looking at Google Maps was a row of old peoples bungalows.
So they have also breached GDPR, having given me a false address, which I suspect belongs to another customer of theirs?
I kept reminding them of the consumer rights act, but clearly as the are in China this had no influence of their trading.
I eventually told them I would make a charge back on my debit card, they eventually relinquished and I got full refund !

Although their final message to me was somewhat amusing !

I'm really tired of communicating with you.
Don't you just want a full refund and get the harness for free? I just gave you a full refund. Are you satisfied now？
Stop emailing us and don't buy from us, thank you!

Poor quality, save your money and buy elsewhere. I purchased a XL 'calming' bed which has virtually no padding in it so not sure what the 'calming' feature is when this bed is no better than my dog laying on the carpet. I'm angry at myself for not checking out this company first before buying. There's a UK location for this company however it seems this is only a registration address and everything else operates from China - including the origin of item. Don't be misled by the 5 star reviews and pictures of happy dogs on their website. I can only assume that this is fake given that all independent reviews on trust pilot are low. Don't make the same mistake as I did.

Not fit for purpose dog harness. Sizing is way out. Cheap copy of a well known harness. Don’t want to refund unless I send goods out to China at my cost. Supposed to be a uk company. Avoid at all costs and go somewhere trustworthy. I have reported Pawhot to trading standards for the product and their lack of transparency to the consumer.

I ordered a harness. Poor quality, very cheap immitation of the Julius K9 my dog already has. The stitching along the reflective strip at the fron only partially sewn, all coming apart.
Don’t waste your money, pay the extra and got a reputable one

All i can say is based on my personal experience absolutely fanastic from purchase to delivery every day updates on web every step of the way to delivery very fast delivery also and pleased with my purhase

Ordered harness for my dog, was delivered today and they had printed my dogs name on it which was a lovely surprise. Quality is very good and I’m very pleased with it. Delivery was quick.

Absolute shithouse of a company they still owe me money as harness's never turned up this is 2 months down the line companys not worth a w***

Very poor company to deal with - same experience as other customers, believed this to b a UK company but turns out it’s based in China!!
I wanted to return the item (which took weeks to arrive) but was told to return to China as a cost to me, despite Cara telling me there were warehouse in the UK. Later denied this though

This company is rotten to the core the items are very poorly made and they will not refund.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!........they are based in China going through a UK address the goods are rubbish!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from what I believed to be a U.K. BASED company.
I asked to return the dog bed and was told to return it to CHINA at a cost to myself for £24. I was offered a £7 refund

Very misleading in all aspects.

Misleading company, ordered 3 dog beds and they were measured the wrong size, lead to believe this was a uk based company, apon asking to return they said the return address was china and we had to cover the cost ourselves and would not be issuing refund until they received the goods into warehouse, which I doubt id even get anyway at this rate.
I asked to return and order the next size up and just pay the difference but this was not good enough and wanted me to pay £66.

Completely misleading and a disgusting profiteering company.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BOGUS WEBSITE. I wish I'd spent more time searching for reviews on this rip off company. Sadly I ordered a calming bed thinking it was a UK company and when nothing arrived I contacted the seller to be informed it was now coming from China!! I asked for a refund as feel totally mislead by pawhot and funnily enough they now won't reply to my email. I have reported them to PayPal. There are so many bad reviews on pawhot where they have misled lots of people and taken there money. How can you do this?

Don’t use they won’t refund you what you paid there 100% guarantee is false advertising they products come for china they are not uk based as the website states

I placed an order at the same time for 2 anxiety dog beds same size and colour. Beds came out in separate parcels from china and one was light grey one was dark grey! The communication I got back was the batches may vary in cloud! How can this be when the order is placed for 2 at the same time! Furthermore they said I could have a refund £8! What a joke! They look pathetic in my front room being different colours! Absolute rubbish wish I too had read the reviews don’t waste your hard earned cash!

Delivery time of the dog harness was as stated on the order but on receiving it the buckle was faulty. I emailed the company and had a speedy reply asking for photos of the problem. A replacement was ordered which arrived within an acceptable time period. It is perfect. I am happy with the service I received

Really bad quality dog bed will not take it back and only offer a €12 refund do not buy.

BUYER BEWARE....ordered a dog harness for my pooch.....unfortunately did not arrive and zero communication from their so called customer service...extremely unprofessional business....no contact number for them and business address only has a UK street name and no door number (which is odd) ....think it is Chinese based pretending to be UK based...plus reviews on their own website are probably all false...so do be highly cautious with this one. Wish I had seen trustpilot reviews before placing order with pawhot.
