Placed an order for a bag of cat biscuit, dog treats and dog toy. Had an email a few days later to say they were sorry but the dog treats were out of stock and was I aware that the cat biscuit was near to end of date life hence it being cheaper than usual and did I still want it. I was grateful for this communication and said I was happy to proceed with the cat biscuit and I then received a prompt refund for the out of stock dog treats. Fast delivery and also very impressed with Pawheads level of customer service and will definitely use again.

Order not arrived
My kibble still hasn’t arrived I’ve had to go out and buy more for £24.00 it’s being held at Royal Mail sorting office. Tracked postage does not guarantee delivery and I needed the food urgently. It’s now been sat at the sorting office all week.
