Total scam didn’t fit my dog, used their own measuring recommendations, far too large. Offered me another jacket at £15 extra cost. Just want a refund as I am entitled to according to their advertised 100% satisfaction guarantee. Steer well clear, total scam.

Three weeks after placing my order, I have no shipping info and I have no idea when or if I will receive my merchandice even though Pawbibi received my payment weeks ago.

Like other reviews, I ordered a jacket which should have fit my dog perfectly. It was labelled LARGE but measurements were SMALL. They offered a new sized jacket for a special price; then said I could return -at my expense -for a refund; I returned it 6 mos ago and now they ignore my emails and have never refunded my money. So I paid for a jacket which was the wrong size and the postage to return it and now have nothing. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS !

Had harness delivered and even though I measured the harness exactly to my dog it was massive.. when looking at return policy for refund it stated as long as it was in top condition they refund. Once contacted them they said they would not refund , they said keep the harness and we will sell you a smaller one for special price. I told them why do I want a £25 harness and to have to pay again for a smaller one..they will not give me a refund and are very rude and abrupt. STAY AWAY THE PRODUCT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED AND THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STICK TO THEIR OWN RETURN/REFUND POLICY!!

Do not part with your money.

This is fraudulent and they don’t even hide the fact that they’re doing it. They take your money and don’t send you a product.

Coat received too large even though dog measured. Asked for return, return accepted by email from them, so sent signed delivery RoyalMail to clear return uk address on delivery label. A day later the company sent another email with an address in to return address for China. The parcel had already been sent, they refuse to refund. Total scam

TOO BAD i COULD NOT GIVE THEM A ZERO. I ORDERED 2 DOG COATS AFTER MY WIFE SAW A FACE BOOK VIEW OF THEM. I OREDERED THEM ON 12/12/2024 AND THE CHARGE IMMEDIALTLEY SHOWED UP ON MY VISA. I NEVER RECIEVED THE COATS BUT 19 EMAILS BACK AND FORTH ABOUT EXCUSES FROM THEY ARE ON VACATION, ( PROBABLY CHINA'S NEW YEAR OF THE SNAKE) WHICH IS APROPOS FOR THIS COMPANY. THE PHONE NUMBER IS A USELESS PHONE NUMBER ALTHOUGH THEY VERIFY THAT IT IS CORRECT. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS AND THE VOICE MAILS THAT I HAVE LEFT GO UNANSWERED. i HAVE CALLED VISA TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE. DON'T EVEN THINK OF ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Worst company ever! Sent 4 dog coat at ridiculas price of £31?! Wth? Knew it was gonna b 2 small, b 4 it came. Anyway sent it back 2 CHINA at £17??!! Wot woz I thinking??? STuPID! Course never heard from robbing Chinese idiot since, & never will! SO £48 down & nothing at all 2 show 4 it!! I know he has received it. 2 months ago. Got proof of postage, but hasn’t helped. Fuming & upset! Wotta mug he’s made of me! Shud’ve jst thrown coat away, then at least i’de only b £31 down! DO NOT buy from this co. Wotever u do!!!

I ordered a winter jacket for my english bulldog according to the suggested sizing. It was to long and covered his rear-endand the zipper broke after one months worth of use. I had to mend the jacket where the harness straps attached because it ripped. I want a full refund I wonder if that's even possible

I would never refer this company to anyone. They say if it doesn’t fit your dogs you can send “more” and shipping to get a different size. You don’t have to return the original. So I didn’t return but wanted full refund because they didn’t fit my dogs and I didn’t want to pay more. Total was $61 and they only gave me 15% refund of $9.56!!! Don’t tell people not to return if you’re going to scam them out or more money and not give full refund!

As others have said I ordered 4 dog coats, buy 3 get 1 free and paid over £80. They were tiny and not as they state on their website sizing. I tried to return, you have to return to China at your own cost. Out of principal I have paid the £40 to return them and have my £83 refunded. The package has been received through parcel tracking and I am now progressing a refund through my bank. Vincent at 'pawbibi' is really unhelpful, blunt and clearly this is just an unethical company not interested in customer satisfaction.

I asked for an exchange and a return label to be sent per their policy, and they told me I could donate the coat that did not fit and spend another $10.00 to purchase a coat that did fit. Initially I ordered 2 coats, one for each dog. The difference in the price for a small coat to a medium was initiall only $2.00, not Ten as they requested. They also stated they did not have return labels. Welcome to China!

The coat was much smaller than the size chart. The fabric was very cheap and barely waterproof. I have requested a return authorization but keep getting offers of partial refund if I don’t return it. First they offered an exchange for an additional $10. Over the course of 6 emails they have offered from a 5% to 35% return. They are trying to give me $9 back for a product I paid $30 for. They are basically stealing! Do not under any circumstances order from PAWBIBI.com. You will be ripped off.

Please be aware of this companies returns policy. They DO NOT pay for returns if the dog coats don't fit. I ordered a medium but it was definitely a small size. The return address customer service gave me is in China. The cost to return has to be paid for. If another coat was sent and didn't fit you would have to bare the return postage again. Not worth it after waiting 6 weeks for delivery in the first place.

Very poor customer service. No tracking updates.
I ordered a jumper in November as a Christmas gift advertised on Instagram. I have emailed twice no real response.
I guess I will have to say goodbye to that £52.Do not use.

I order a coat for my dog on November 18th.
As of this writing it is December 19th and it has not arrived.
I have written numerous emails with the same response, a link that says "no information available ".
I have requested a refund and received the same response.
