After encountering problems with a local company, I was reluctant to use an online paving supplier. However, after doing some research and hearing a lot of good things about Paving Stones Direct, I decided to contact them. The customer service I received from Lillie was exceptional: helpful, prompt and competent. I had samples delivered quickly, followed up with an order that was delivered on time with no problems. (Mandac the delivery driver was great too).
Very happy with the sawn black granite setts, and very happy with the whole experience with Paving Stones Direct.

From first visiting the show area, I was first met by Ellie, who couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, helping me to get the porcelain paving slabs, and associated products, ordered and delivery arranged, as I needed it, for 3 weeks time. This is the second time I’ve used Paving Stones Direct and is testament to their great customer service.

Excellent products, great prices but what really sets this company apart from the competition is their incredible customer service. I had an initial problem with one of their very unhelpful couriers unreasonably refusing access to my property and then returning my order to their depot. Vinnie of Paving Stones Direct was incredible from the first call through to resolving my issue, He was calm, polite, cooperative and his communication was second to none. He assured me he would resolve the delivery issue and he did. The mark of an excellent company is how they react when things go wrong. In my case Paving Stones Direct were badly let down by a national courier. Their response in resolving my problem was second to none. Well done Paving Stones Direct and a great big thank you to Vinnie! Oh and by the way the slabs are brilliant!

From start to finish, a great experience.
We got exceptional help from Karl, who helped us order the slabs we needed, arranged delivery, and then sent replacements by express delivery for a few slabs that were broken.
We also got calls from the company to check that the resin and primer had arrived. Could not feel more satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone for great prices, a lovely product, and exceptional customer service.

Absolutely amazing company! Was searching for paving slabs for ages on so many websites but the prices here were so much lower with free delivery. Ordered 5 days ago and all were here wrapped to a pallet with no damage. Really impressed and will definitely recommend to anyone looking to do their garden up

Very good prices, easy to deal with (for a start they actually always answer the phone and reply to emails) and getting delivery arranged was simple too. I received 100 slabs and 3 were broken in transit so the company just issued extra replacements that came the next day - very impressive and exactly what it should be like. Well done.
