As of 2025 seems that their admin panel and support is inaccessible from outside Vietnam. Looking for a suitable VPN now, to be able to keep running my website. Really, Pavientam??

Update: It is even impossible to request support from them from outside of Vietnam. NordVPN and Mega.nz VPN didn't work. I was able to open the login page with a Vietnamese Proxy server.

Update 2: I am trying to escape from this provider to another registrar. But they are ignoring my request for the transfer authorization code. I had already requested them 4 times without result.

Update 3: It has been 2 weeks already, trying to transfer the domain out. Finally I got an email from PA Vietnam with a confirmation link, to perform the domain transfer. But the link leads to an error: "Token is not correct. Please recheck link". Reported the problem to PA Vietnam, but they are not responding for several days already.

The local domain registrar from Vietnam has a terrible experience when using the product, refusing to support customers who already bought the domain after I complained to the VIETNAM INTERNET NETWORK INFORMATION CENTER - MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS, after the official government document forced them to support and help me solve my domain bought from them. It's a terrible idea to use them. I will never use it from the last of my life.
