We had such a great day at Paultons…
We had such a great day at Paultons Park and would highly, highly recommend it. We visited with two young children (under four) and the park was perfectly set up for them. Everywhere was very well maintained, clean, with manicured gardens and high-quality theming. The staff were very friendly and the food and drink outlets were of a good quality and not extortionate priced. It was great having the dedicated Baby care centres. We had visited Legoland the day before and both agreed that we would revisit it PP over LL every time. Brilliant day out!

What an amazing day out! We spent the day exploring Peppa Pig World and all the other rides, and had a fantastic time from start to finish. The park was spotless, well organised, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The rides were brilliant, with something for everyone, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to go back—highly recommend Paultons Park for a fantastic family day out!

Decided to visit Paultons park for… adults day out
Decided to visit Paultons park for something different to AT and TP.
Wow. Stunning. Thoroughly enjoyed the day. But we came on what must have been the hottest day as by Christ it was hot. But the park itself is lovely. We were both very impressed with the cleanliness of the park. The throughput of the rides.
The only thing negative thing I could say. And it's being picky.
The splash zone for the kids could do with a bit of cover. But that's it.

Everything was really good
Everything was really good, the staff were amazing and helpful, it was our first visit with a queue assist and everyone was so lovely.
The place was super clean and the toilets were always available and looked after.
The rides were fun and we loved the penguins.

Great clean and safe park
Great park. Clean tidy. Fun. Good queuing systems. Staff are 100% fantastic. We love going here regularly. Free parking. It is a little more than most parks, but only a few pounds considering parking is free. This park should be your number 1 as the rides are great, big rides, mid rides and smaller. And the height restrictions are low. U will have a god day

Great park strongly recommend, not just for kids
Great park, busy but the queues were still not long. Plenty of space to relax and food options, not expensive. Well know for pepper pig but loads for adults without kids to do, great rides
The themes on the rides and the whole queue area and surroundings are amazing.
Loved the areas with the animals. Plenty to do even if you don’t go on rides.
Staff are all happy and welcoming
So good we got an annual pass!

Discriminatory staff behaviour
Firstly queue assist. Great for people needing support but you still have to stand to be let on a ride and then have to wait again to actually go on. The lack of seating when you actually get to the gate left my husband excluded and exhausted and only managed a couple of the rides. We waited longer for queue assist than the actual queue for the caterpillar on 29.6.26 and was treated appallingly by Andrea working on the ride. Very rude and discriminatory behaviour. I hope the park management reviews their training for frontline members and updates their website to accurately reflect the reality of the accessible experience.

Great family day out
Great family day out - son was around 96cm so managed to get into the park for free, otherwise would not have visited as over £120 for a day out for two adults and 1 child without food or souvenirs thrown in the mix.
Plenty of rides my son could ride on at his height and went on a Monday in June but park was still packed with fellow toddlers & school trips! Max ride wait for 15 minutes so great to get the most of your day.
Hubby and me managed to get on a few adult thrill rides including Drakon but staff not aware of ‘tot swap’ initiative that is mentioned online so don’t know if this is still a thing?!
Managed to get a 1 x hot dog meal for adult and 1 kids hot dog meal with waffle fries and drinks included for just over £22 but 1 ride photo did cost £12 (but definitely worth it for the memories) all rides have photo opportunities which did get a little tiresome…
Exit through the gift shop was chaotic at 5pm and the car park was a nightmare - not ideal with little people who are tired and just want to get home.
Great day out & could be done cheaper if took picnic etc
