Return policy did not match my experience
I ordered a linen blend top that arrived, but the fit was poor and the quality was not what I expected. The companies website stated that returns were accepted within 30 days so I contact with them. Customer service to request a return before they would process my return request requested photos or video of the item I want to return to show that had not been worn was not defective and still had the tags attached although I found it unusual. I complied it’s in all this requested photos. The item was clearly in new good condition instead of processing my return customer service responded by offering to send me a different size if I would pay an additional $15 shopping fee shipping I already had paid shipping on the original order so it was very. I was very disappointed for this response at no point was a straightforward return offered despite the return policy offered on the website. Another frustrating aspect was that the customer service communications. Each response took at least 24 hours making a simple issue take much longer than necessary several days. I have been shopping online for clothing for many years and have rarely encountered such a difficult return process based on my experience with the product quality return policy and customer service. I would not purchase from Paul’s wardrobe again. I am sharing this review so that other shoppers can make an informed decision before buying from Paul’s wardrobe.
